I'm having increasing problems with returned emails. There are 3 main causes. 1. Shipmates do not inform me of their change of email address. 2. A number of people have spam block-ers on their computer, or at their server, and my messages can’t get through. 3. A number of people have limited al-lowed email volume at their server, and when their mailbox is full, no messages get through. There are several solutions to this problem: 1. Shipmates need to check their mail more frequently and delete messages to open space in their inbox. 2. Those with Spam blockers need to add my address to their "allowed" email ad-dresses. 3. If I continue to receive large numbers of returned messages I will begin to delete the address from the database. I really don't want to do this, but the number of returned messages is getting very large and taking a great amount of time. On occasion my email system sends out repeat copies of outgoing mail and I'm aware of this. I am trying to fix the problem.
