CASTLE CAPERS BOUNCY CASTLES at St Leonards Primary on Tues 7th January Experience includes access to 1 bouncy castle and 1 inflatable obstacle course. *Socks are required*

Travel by hire bus to and from ADELAIDE ICE ARENA, on Wednesday 8th January. Excursion includes Skate Hire, Ice skating + a visit to Bonython Park Playground. *Socks are required*

Laygo experience at St Leonards OSHC on Monday 13th January Experience includes large access to Lego sets, pieces and designs to build and create. Note: Children will not be able to take their Lego designs home.

Travel by tram to CENTRAL MARKETS on Tuesday 14th January. Travel by hire bus to MARSHMALLOW PARK and return to St Leonards Primary. Markets includes scavenger hunts and learning about foods. Playground includes wet play along with other playground equipment *Change of clothes required* Children may bring money if they wish to spend it at the markets.

CASTLE CAPERS WATER SLIDES at St Leonards Primary on Thurs 16th January. Experience includes 2 inflatable water slides + waterballoons. Bring your own water pistols and supersoakers too! *Bathers and change of clothes required*

Travel by hire bus to and from LATITUDE on Friday 17th January. Experience includes trampolines, inflatable games and more! *Socks are required*

Travel by hire bus to and from SEMAPHORE on Monday 20th January. Day includes access to Semaphore Waterslide Complex, Semaphore Playground and supervised walk along the jetty. *Bathers and change of clothes required* Children may bring money to spend at Semaphore Kiosk.

We will be walking to and from GLENELG CINEMAS on Wednesday 22nd January. If inclement weather; we will hire a bus for the Excursion. Popcorn + Drinks packages available, to be confirmed. Children may bring money to spend at the Cinemas. Movie choices: “Jumanji the Next Level” or “Spies in Disguise” I give my child/ren permission to view PG rated movies under OSHC Educator Supervision

What to bring to Vacation Care

o Packed lunch from home

o Snacks/Recess for the day

o Refillable Water Bottle (Suggested for excursions)

o Wide Brimmed Hat (Required for excursions)

o Enclosed Footwear (Suggested for excursions)

Students may also bring spending money on excursions for snacks/treats, as well as their own electronic

devices on in-house days. OSHC do not take responsibility for children’s personal electronic devices.

Things to Remember

o For excursions, please ensure your child arrives by the allocated time located on the calendar as we

have buses promptly booked. If you are unable to make the time, you will need to drop your child

off at the excursion venue.

o Vacation care days can be long, so please provide enough food and snack for your children.

Cancellations

A booking may be cancelled without incurring an allowable absence fee (equivalent to your usual daily fee plus any additional fee for an Excursion or Visitor to the Service that may be applicable for that day) by contacting St Leonards OSHC staff 48 hours prior to the start of the day booked (i.e. 2 business days).

e.g. to cancel a booking for Tuesday the 24th. Notification must be received no later than Friday the 20th 9am, otherwise an allowable absence fee will be incurred.

Fees

The full daily fee per child is $47 less government funded Child Care Benefit (CCB) entitlements

Where specified, an additional fee of $5 or $15 per child will apply for excursion and visitor bookings.

Outstanding accounts: bookings CAN NOT be processed until ALL outstanding accounts are paid in full (or a payment plan has been approved by Director)

Travel by hire bus to and from LOLLIPOPS CAFÉ on Friday 24th January. Experience includes access to indoor playground, rock-climbing wall, bouncy castle and mechanical car ride. Children may bring money to spend at the café.

Students may be taken to Old Gum Tree Park on in-days during vacation care for lunch and/or playing on the playground supervised by OSHC Educators.
