Managed notification phase of HIPAA breach: analyzed data, defined scope of project, made recommendations to

Vice President and Attorney, determined best course of action, and seamlessly implemented plan.

Integral member of project team that successfully migrated 700+ employees from multiple satellite locations to

three (3) centralized mega-centers within an aggressive 9-month timeframe with no major disruption to operations

and minimal loss of productivity.

Re-engineering project team reduced defects in the provisioning process by 20% by implementing viable action

items identified during field studies. Quantified impact of changes using multiple variable testing methodologies

and statistical process control software.

Recovered 10,000 spare cable pairs in assigned geographic area which resulted in cost avoidance savings of $5.0M

FINANCIAL ACUMEN

Processed vendor invoices totaling approximately $200,000 each month, safeguarding program assets by ensuring

accuracy of charges and submitting invoices in a timely manner to avoid late fees.
