!CAPACITY The Permanent can accommodate up to 130 guests for a seated dinner and up to 250 guests for a standing recepHon with mixed seaHng. Maximum capacity is 263 persons, including staff and vendors.
RENTAL RATES (9:00am-‐2:00am) Monday to Wednesday, daily rate $4,000 Thursday to Sunday, daily rate $6,000
Prices do not include 5% GST. A 20% discount will be offered to registered chariHes. All chariHes must provide registered number to qualify. A 10% discount will be offered to Not For Profit organizaHons.
RENTAL INCLUSIONS The following is included complimentary with your rental: • On-‐site supervisor • One front door security host • Post-‐event cleaning • Epson zone specific sound system with iPod hook up and two wireless microphones
• LED 8500 Lumen Projector with HDMI and VGA connecHvity
• Zone specific light dimmers on main and second floors
• Wireless internet • Crystal wine glasses, highball glasses, rocks glasses, and champagne coupes
• Catering Kitchen with Blodgeh convecHon oven, warming oven, stand up fridge, deep freeze
• Bridal room • Coat check faciliHes (ahendant extra) • Three levels of usable space • Main floor is fully wheelchair accessible

BAR SERVICE As a Liquor Primary License Holder, The Permanent is the exclusive provider of bar services for all events hosted at the venue. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with professional bar services and innovaHve menus.
Host Bar Billing for hosted bars is based on consumpHon. All bar menu prices are subject to tax (10% LST + 5% GST) and gratuity (20%). Minimum bar spend of $3,000 before tax and gratuity will applies to all host bars.
Cash Bar Guests are responsible for paying for their own beverages at the bar. All bar menu prices are subject to tax (10% LST + 5% GST).
Over-‐the-‐counter bar staff are billed hourly to the client for the duraHon of the event, including set-‐up and tear-‐down (minimum 4 hour charge). If cash bar revenues exceed $3000, before tax and gratuity, the bar staff expense will be waived.
