1. Overview

Vibration platform also known as vibration machine, which is mainly used for

material compaction, and reduce the gap between material and air, generally it is

used with silo. Henan Pingyuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd mainly produces ZDP

series vibration platform which is used to vibrate the materials in order to reduce the

space occupied by materials, and hence allowing the materials can be stored easily.

Generally it is widely used in vibration from bulk to large-scale materials in various

industries.

The force of vibration motor can be adjusted for allowing the materials to achieve

the ideal form during operation.

2. Introduction

There are many features of vibration platform which have been widely used in real

manufacturing, it can be adjusted according to the requirements.

1. The vibration force magnitude of vibration motor can be adjusted directly at

vibration platform to achieve the ideal form of materials during the operation.

and easier maintenance.

3. Working Principle

The vibration force magnitude of vibration motor can be adjusted directly at

vibration platform to achieve the ideal form of materials during the operation.

Vibration motor drives the vibration platform to be vibrated and causes the materials

to compact and full of casting materials, and forming the assembly line work with

roller conveyor. During the production process, the vibration platform transforms the

grain and powder materials into bulk or

other forms. There is air

4. Structural ComponentsThe structure of vibration platform is simple as it consisted three parts of it, which

are the work surface, vibration motor and spring as shown as the following figure:

Work surface is also known as three-dimensional vibration which can move vertically,

horizontally, upwards and downwards simultaneously; vibration motor is the main

part of vibration mechanism, it forms the vibrating mechanism of vibrating platform

with drive plates. Vibration motor is always appear in even number, the main

parameter is determined by the three-dimensional model of vibration platform;

vibration damping device is mainly composed of damping spring, there are many

types of spring such as rubber spring, air spring, composite spring and other.

These three parts form vibrating platform, customers can choose motor spring and

damping characteristics according to the production of materials to meet their own

needs.

7. Maintenance

1. The vibration platform showing a short oscillation with large amplitude is

common phenomenon when vibration platform start or stop operation.

2. The adjustment of vibration force of vibration platform, the vibration force of

vibration motor has been transferred to 50% of the rated value before shipment.

Buyers may do the following steps if they want to increase or decrease the vibration

force of vibration platform: remove the shields at both ends of vibration motor and

loosen the activated vibration block (i.e: inner part of iron), then rotate the activation

block. The vibration force can be adjusted within the range 0 to 100% according to

the vibration scale on the scale after increasing or decreasing the angle of a fixed

vibration block. Measure the interval between angles of two vibration block by using

ruler, make sure that it is equal between both side, otherwise it will cause vibration

motor to produce the destruction of fault vibration force and thus damage the

equipment. After all, tighten up the bolts of activated vibration block and install the

shields at both ends.

3. Note the fastening of bolts of motor adapter, the fastening level of motor bolts

should be check daily for the first week after the set up of vibration platform. The

bolts should be tighten if it is loose. After the first week, the fastening level of motor

bolts can be check once a week.

Note: It is very important for the steps to check the fastening of motor bolts and

inspection procedures for motor. The damage of vibration platform and vibration

motor is usually caused by the improper fastening of bolts.
