Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)

Trimax is the PAN India partner of BSNL for offering Managed Network Services from their ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Certified Network Operations Centre (NOC) running from Mumbai and Bangalore. In this project BSNL provides the bandwidth and Trimax provides the customer premises equipment (Router, Modem, Converter, etc) and manages the equipment and the last mile connectivity on a rental Model for the customers. Trimax also is the single point of contact for all the support issues for the customers. Trimax has done Wide Area Networking and Implemented Video Conferencing Solution for CGDA along with BSNL. Trimax has also doing Link Implementation and Management of 4000 links of Central Bank of India for all their branches across India.



Major Projects

Implemented an ‘Anytime Anywhere Cash Collection System’ for Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. and operating it at more than 64 counters in Jaipur

Trimax also has got a project of Building and Supporting Data Centre at Jaipur and Disaster Recovery Site at Jodhpur for Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.

Serves Managed Services to Central Bank of India, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda and Electricity Boards all over India with 10,000 network links

Established a 75,000 sq. ft. Tier-III plus Data Center for ITI Ltd. on Public Private Partnership (PPP) model and will operate it for the next 10 years. The Data Center facility is being used by clients from sectors such as Government, PSU, Nationalized Banks and top body corporate.

Provided Road Transport Solution to Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) and The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply & Transport (BEST) facilitating Electronic Ticket Issuing Solution and Online Reservation System for 5 years on BOT model

Designed and built Data Center for Rajasthan State Beverages Corporation Limited (RSBCL) provided Integrated Web-based Application & Software, and providing services to operate and maintain it for 5 years

Set up, Design, Build, Manage and Operate more than 40 Tier II & Tier III Data Centers for clients such as Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), JVVNL, and others

Trimax is implementing a pilot project for Cotton Corporation, Maharashtra for automating the Cotton procurement across the state of Maharashtra.

Trimax, in consortium with Bharti Airtel, has won a contract of establishing State Wide Area Network (SWAN) from Govt. of Rajasthan to link its state headquarter with 32 district headquarters and 241 tehsil headquarters. Once this project is implemented, this network will also enable the state government to have video conferencing facility across Govt. offices over VoIP phones.

Trimax is selected as L1 to build State Data Center for Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir.

Trimax’ Understanding of Requirement:

i. To enable video communication between Hyderabad Main Center to multiple NIRD

and SIRD (currently 33) centers.

ii. To provide high definition (720p at 30/60 frames per sec) like solution for all the

locations.

iii. Conferencing would be utilized concurrently between all locations.

iv. Solution should comprise a document camera.

v. Video recording feature is desired.



Solution Proposed: Solution is offered along with end to end maintenance.

The hardware based solution proposed includes C20 endpoints at all centers and

selected 4 centers will be deployed with C40 endpoints with inbuilt multisite functionality

and a dedicated 40 port MCU (Multi Conferencing Unit) would be placed in Hyderabad

Center and can support total 40 participants including the central site. Also, a

management server will be deployed in the head center which will help in management

and scheduling of conferences. Considering the classroom environment a document

camera will be placed at headquarters so that the presenter can share and broadcast any

document. Also, the proposed endpoint C20 has inbuilt audio mixer to support up to 2

microphones.

Audio recording and streaming server will be placed at headquarter. Proposed server is a

five port recording server which will record the video of presenter and can be streamed

and saved for later use.

Bandwidth Required: Hyderabad Center – 35 Mbps

Other Centers with C40 endpoint – 4Mbps each

Other Centers with C20 endpoints – 1 Mbps each

Note: Bandwidth Mentioned is considering 34 sites will be in a conference. Bandwidth can be

upgraded with additions in new centers.
