 Alarm is Activated

When an alarm is activated, video from the event is sent offsite to the cloud.

End User Experience

The end user receives a text or email. They are able to view videofrom all cameras. The end user gets video of what caused the alarm and can call directly to the central monitoring station.

Operator Experience

The operator receives video of the alarm event and live views of the cameras on site, when available. The operator notifies and communicates with the police, unless the end user verifies the event as a false alarm.

The Result
