    INTRODUCTION

    Videocon Industries Ltd. was one of the initials

    company that made it to the World. Videocon

    Electricals captured the initial Indian Electrical

    market and topped the charts for its products such

    as Refrigerators, television etc. before other

    players such as Samsung, Whirlpool etc .entered

    Indian market. Videcon was one of the first

    Electronic Company to Collaborate with Japanese

    Toshiba Ltd as early as 1985.

    HISTORY

    A Man of ideas. A man of substance. A man of vision,Shri Nandlal Madhavlal Dhoot, the founder of the

    Videocon group, completed his education in

    Ahmednagar, Pune and in Maharashtra, India. A

    successful sugarcane and cotton grower, he boldly

    ventured forth and imported machinery from Europe,

    setting up the Gangapur Sakhar Karkhana (Sugar Mill)

    in 1955, at a time when the village had no electricity,

    thereby unleashing an industrial revolution.

    The die was cast. Over the years, Nandlalji's

    earning him the well-deserved reputation of the doyen

    of industrial activity in Marathwada, India.

    The methodology followed by the researcher, during

    the preparation of the report was collection of data

    already collected by others, is called secondary data.The secondary data could be collected from Journals,

    the secondary data can be It is economical, both in

    FINDINGS & CONCLUSIONFINDINGS & CONCLUSION

    As various companies enter into market so it is difficult to make

    availability of way brand.

    Now a-days customer loyalty has been decreased as some Videocon

    product is having good quality but high price or vice-versa. So it is

    difficult to find locating among customers.

    Sagar is small city & there are not many dealers & service centers of

    the company.

    Mostly middle class people live in sagar so it is difficult to sell

    costly Videocon Products..

    As this project is based on Product Profile of Videocon in

    sagar city information was gathered through simple conversation

    with the customers & the dealers. I came to the following

    conclusion:-

    The interpretation shows that there is no doubt that the

    purchasing behaviour revolves around the what, why, when,

    how questions? As people differ not only is usual ways but also

    in their activities preferences and opinions. However there are

    some failures succeed in effecting the consumer behaviour.

    The data revealed that people are not much aware of Videocon

    products.

    LIMITATIONS

    1.The report had to be completed in a selected area

    with in a specified time limit.

    2.The facts & Figures perceived in this project report

    are based on the data collected from the

    respondents. Hence their might be chance of having

    a little difference from actual.

    3. Sample size was very small as compared to the

    population of Sagar city.

    4. People did not give full response & there is a bias in

    some personnel questions.

    5. Data from the secondary source may have some

    errors & their objectives may not be relevant with

    the present project.
