SIGNIFICANT FEATURES OF OUR INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES (IRs)

Contributions of eminent personnel from field of education, industry and media are received during design and development of IRs.

IRs are validated by eminent persons from field of education technology, Industry, Media and target group audience.

Each video programme is available on a high quality, half inch, VHS videocassettes as well as on CDs.

Most of the Video Programmes had been repeatedly telecast on UGC's countrywide Classroom Project and Gyandarshan channel. However, our preferred mode of dissemination is through cassettes & CDs.

Our Video Programmes have got a heavy demand from vocational and technical institutions such as Polytechnics, ITI's, CTI's IIT's, Engineering Colleges, Industries involved under HRD activities, Common wealth Organisations etc. however, many developing countries have expressed desired to import these programmes for their use.

Our instructional Resources (IRs) have been given a certification of proprietary item by National Project Implementation Unit, New Delhi vide their letter No. 7845 dated 15.03 96 for initiating the direct purchase of our IRs by the polytechnics. (Copy given below)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

1. Our basic objective is to disseminate the Curriculum Relevant instructional Resources for improvement of quality of teaching learning in Technical Institutions. This Institute follows the policy of "No-Profit-No-Loss" for pricing the instructional resources for technical institutions. It is, therefore, implied that "No-discount" will be allowed.

2. Instructional resources (IRs) -video cassettes/CDs etc. may be checked by your representative deputed for the purpose during the preview at this institute, if you so desire. No IRs will be previewed outside this institute.

3. No packing and forwarding expenses will be charged extra for IRs collected personally or through your authorised messenger, at NITTTR, Bhopal

4. IRs collected / dispatched without previewing have to be checked at your end at the time of receiving the consignment. Verification report along with acknowledgement is expected within a week time. In case if verification report is not received within a week time it will be considered that the consignee has received the IRs in perfect order in all respect. Such IRs will not be replaced.

5. While quality is our hallmark, we do not encourage practice of return of purchased products. It is preferable, the client ensures Quality to his satisfaction by processing it at their institutions. In case of any technical defect, the case can be considered, if intimated within a week time.

6. All payments must be made through Demand Draft in favour of "The Director, NITTTR, Bhopal" Payable at Bhopal. The bank expenditures/commission will be borne by the client institute.

7. We will try out best to supply the ordered IRs within six weeks from the date of receipt of your orders with requisite amount D.D.

8. This institute being Government organisation, we cannot send pre-receipted revenue stamped & signed bill in advance.

9. Mode of dispatch through Bank will not be entertained due to administrative problems.

10. We will always prefer dispatch of material by registered post parcel with insurance of appropriate amount. The insurance charges will be treated as packing and forwarding charges.
