Viewing Collection Plan Results

Concept

You can use the Quality Workbench page to find and view collection plans in any of the four

tabs. You can view the quality results previously entered for the plan or the plan header

information. You can also view child quality results and any collection plan attachments.

In this topic, you will view quality results.

Procedure

Step Action

1. Begin by navigating to the Quality Workbench-Collection Results page.

Click the vertical scrollbar.





Step Action

2. Click the Manufacturing and Distribution Manager link.





Step Action

3. Click the vertical scrollbar.

Step Action

4. Click the Collection Results link.





Step Action

5. The Quality Workbench page includes the following tabs:

• Collection Results.

• Nonconformances.

• Corrective Actions.

• Skip Lot Inquiry.

You can perform a simple or advanced search within each tab.

6. You can search and find a collection plan in all four tabs in the Quality

Workbench page by first narrowing your search by organization.

7. Click in the Organization field.

8. Enter the desired information into the Organization field. Enter "M1".

10. Click in the Collection Plan field.

11. Enter the desired information into the Collection Plan field. Enter "IC

COLLECTION PLAN".

14. The list of quality results data previously collected for the collection plan appears

in the QualityWorkbench-View Results page.
