It has an intense straw colour with golden reflections, both robust and velvety. e grapes have been selected with care from vines that are over 55 years old. It has a particularly rich bouquet where colder, mineral notes harmonize with ones of ripe fruit. Because of its rich aroma with notes of toasty oak and an almond finish, it lends itself as the perfect accompa- niment to fish, pasta dishes, grilled meat and cheese. Place of origin: on the southern shores of Lake Garda, in the Lugana area at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level. Land exposure: flat with a highly harsh and clayish soil, rich in mineral salts. Grape: 100% Turbiana (AKA Trebbiano) di Lugana. Grape production: 6,000 – 7,000 kilograms per hectare. Harvest: first 10 days of October, harvest by hand in small crates. Vinification: white vinification with soſt pressing of the grapes with a maximum extraction of 50% of first-pressing must. Fermentation in stainless steel containers. Aging: 10 to 12 months in stainless steel containers. Bottling: in various phases from August to September of the year following the harvest. It is sold aſter 2 to 3 months of resting in the bottles. Alcohol content: 13% vol. Overall acidity: 6.2g/l Dry extract: 23.60 g/l Residual sugar: 8 g/l Serving temperature: 10 to 12 degrees C. Overall production of bottles for 2011: 30,000

Description: �is is a Lugana of great character. It has an intense straw colour with golden re�ections, both robust and velvety. �e grapes have been selected with care from vines that are over 55 years old. It has a particularly rich bouquet where colder, mineral notes harmonize with ones of ripe fruit.
