WHAT TO KNOW• Villa Astor is rented with staff onsite including HouseManager, cook, one or two waiters, cleaning staff andgardeners. Mandatory additional staff is an extra cost whenyou have more than 12 in your party. Please review your staffneeds with us before booking.

• Villa Astor accommodates up to 20 guests in 10 ensuitebedrooms. For more than 12 guests, the Villa issupplemented with accommodation in La Torre, anindependent structure within the private grounds of VillaAstor. La Torre is available for up to eight guests in fourdouble rooms ensuite. These accommodations are beingupgraded for 2019. Please inquire for further details. Childrenmay be accepted on request. Owner requires one dedicatedchild-care professional per three children of under 12. Allchildren must be well supervised at all times and are notpermitted to remain alone at the house. Extra damagedeposit may be requested.

• A highly sophisticated and refined environment fordiscerning guests. Privacy and security are assured. Pricelesscollection of antiquities has been fully restored. Fine finishesthroughout. All rooms include the most up-to-dateelectronics including hidden TV screens, central audio/videocontrols, full climate and lighting controls. Highlysophisticated security system must be armed. Groundspatrolled overnight. Guests are obligated to sign directcontract with the owner for each rental. Please discuss theparameters with us before booking.

• The elevator does not reach all levels of the estate. Thedescent to the sea is only by stair and can be hazardous foranyone unsteady on their feet. Rough stone stairs withoutrailings in some places. The waterfront areas are not suitablefor all guests given narrow spaces and low clearance (5'6").Waterfront includes uneven surfaces, unprotected drops,natural stone surfaces that might have lichen or moss orother natural growth. Please discuss any and all physicallimitations and safety concerns with us before booking. Allguests are expressly and comprehensively responsible fortheir own safety and comfort while at Villa Astor.

• The approach road through Sorrento is very narrow. Westrongly recommend rental cars be no larger than aMercedes or BMW sedan or other sports car. Professionaldrivers with vans will bring you to/from the airport with yourluggage.

• Day Charters are available and are encouraged as the bestway to explore the Coast. Please note; sea conditions - evenin high summer - often prevent boats from arriving directly atthe Villa's private dock so you will be transferred to yourCharter via tender from the house. Please inquire for details.

• Rentals can begin and end on any day. Please inquire foryour preferred dates. Italian taxes are additional. Rent will bepaid in Euro and the contract executed directly with theproperty. Please discuss before booking.
