that is inspired by nature and built by craftsmen.

Bold proportions and sweeping curves are handcrafted

from solid metal to create striking designs.

A range of stunning and innovative finishes result from

integrating traditional workmanship with the latest technology.

These combine with natural materials... glass, granite,

limestone, and marble... to create centrepieces that last more

than a lifetime.

This is a showcase of a wide-range of our original

designs and finishes, and we welcome custom sizes and

bespoke design. We are constantly being inspired and always

designing new furniture of the highest quality without

compromise... we look forward to working with you.

Originally the business consisted of just three brothers, a

wooden farm building and a great determination to create

beautiful and strikingly different pieces of furniture to the

highest quality.

Tim, Harry and Hugo first worked together after Hugo's

encounter with Kevin McCloud in 1989 quickly led to

commissions for The Royal Opera House and Liberty of London.

At that point Villiers Brothers: Handmade in England came into

being. Since then they have grown from strength to strength

and their reach has expanded across the globe.

They have stayed true to their aim - to make incredible

furniture the traditional way using great materials and fantastic

craftsmanship.

Each brother brings their own talents... Tim is the

expert metal specialist and has control over the production of

pieces. Harry’s expertise is conceptual furniture design and he

deals with all aspects of visual communication. Hugo

coordinates large commissions and develops global markets.

Still based in the midst of the countryside and now in

state-of-the-art premises, they welcome clients to come and

see their furniture being crafted, and they remain dedicated to

the challenge of innovation and the pursuit of excellence.

After an initial conversation on the scope of your project

along with discussions of designs and finishes, sizes, and dates,

we send concept drawings and samples and can also arrange a

site visit. We work collaboratively and strategically to deliver

innovation, and we value our synergy with a broad range of

interior designers.

We encourage our clients to visit our workshop and

often find they are inspired by the way we work.We have in

that way collaborated with many customers through the

decades resulting in some great design.

We have clientele all over the world and are

experienced in every aspect of export packing and arranging

shipments, either to the nearest port or airport or directly to

the final address.

We also provide an international on-site fitting service

and our staff have recently worked in New York City, Barbados

and Saudi Arabia.

We design and make our furniture in our workshops, an hour's

drive north of London and conveniently located just off

junction 9 on the M11 motorway. Cambridge railway station is

12 miles north of us and London Stansted airport is just 20

miles to the south.
