Virtual conference guidelines
Please ensure your submission meets the conference's strict
guidelines for accepting papers. A pre-recorded presentation
(voice over PowerPoint) has to be submitted in advance.
Each paper will be given 10 minutes (7 minutes for
presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A). At least one author
must join the live virtual session to answer questions
Please carefully review the following guidelines and
specifications before recording your presentation
A 7 minute video with less than 750mb.
Set for HD (1280 x 720 or other "720p" )
Avoid using hi-res images / Have NO embedded videos
Saved as MPEG-4 (.mp4) file using registered name of
the author
Special ENVIS Publication
ENVIS Team is publishing quarterly newsletters on
environmental issues with the name of PARISARA. A number
of selected high-impact full text papers will also be considered
for the special ENVIS publication. The paper selection will be
carried out during the peer review process as well as at the
conference presentation stage. Submitted papers must not be
under consideration by any other journal or publication. The
final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer
review reports by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief
jointly. Selected full-text papers will be published in
KARENVIS website free of charge.

Introduction
The International conference on Environment Impact
Assessment (EIA) is a universal approach to inform
and influence decision-making on crucial socio-
environmental matters. The aims is to bring together
leading academic scientists, researchers and research
scholars to exchange and share their experiences as
well as research results on all aspects of Environment
Impact Assessment from around the world. The main
objective of EIA is to rectify and evaluate the
potential impacts of development and projects on the
environmental system. This program is designed for
original research contributions and presentations in all
research domain fields.
Call for Contributors
Prospective authors are encouraged to contribute and
help to shape the conference through submissions of
their research abstracts, papers and e-posters.

conceptual, productive, empirical, experimental or
theoretical work in all areas of EIA for presentation at
the conference. The conference solicits that address
themes and topics of the conference. The conference
will be an exciting chance to present, interact, and
learn about the latest research in EIA

Registration and submission of Abstracts / Full paper
Those who would like to participate/ present papers may
submit the registration form through the given link http://
emprienvis-ivceia2020.com/ along with the abstracts/
poster of the presenting author by October 15th 2020.
Abstracts are invited from faculty, students, civil society
organizations, researchers and department officials in the
themes listed for online oral and online poster
presentation in the technical sessions of the seminar.
Abstracts should be within 300 words; Times New
Roman 12 point in MS Word: Single spaced without any
figures, tables or subheadings and with key words.

quality, relevance and other editorial considerations,
eligible research papers would be accepted for oral/
poster presentation. The acceptance of paper for
presentation/ publication will be intimated. Selected
papers will be compiled in the form of a e-book.
Poster Presentation
The posters should be informative, clear and
attractive with introduction, objectives, materials and
methods, results and discussion, conclusion/
recommendations and references.
Technical specification:
1920 pixels by 1080 pixels (an aspect ratio of 16 x 9),
save it either as a .jpg or .jpeg file/ .png format at 100
ppi (pixels per inch)
Virtual presentations:
This virtual section will enable all the participants to
have access to all virtual presentations during and after
the event, considering the large number of participants
from all countries who will be participating in IVCEIA
2020.
