How to Update Your Profile

Get Your NEW Password

You can either use the 'Login" link in the page footer, or modify the URL to read:https://journalism.berkeley.edu/login (note the "/login" at end of URL).

Click "Lost Your Password" Link

Look for the "Lost your password" link located beneath the username/password box. Click the"Lost your password" link.

Enter Your Username

Use the "Username or Email Address" field to enter your username from the old site(https://intranet.journalism.berkeley.edu). If that doesn't work, then try your email address.

Check Email

Check your email inbox. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. You will receive a link tocreate a new password.

Log In

Return to the log in window to enter your new credentials.

You can either use the 'Login" link in the page footer, or modify the URL to read:https://journalism.berkeley.edu/login (note the "/login" at end of URL).

Before you log in, you will need to get a NEW PASSWORD. To do so, select the "Lost yourpassword" link. You will be prompted to enter a username or email address. Use your existingusername/password from the previous site.

Update Your Profile

Once you successfully log in, you will arrive at a landing page similar to the one below. Welcome tothe intranet. Notice the yelow horizontal bar at the top of screen. It includes links forauthenticated users.
