The Acumed Visiting Surgeon Program provides a unique opportunity for physicians to visit our global headquarters to learn about our company and the products we design and manufacture.

ProgramThis educational experience provides an interactive learning environment that helps promote positive outcomes for physicians and patients. Each program is tailored to ensure that the physician leaves with a lasting impression of our company and products.

Each visit provides hands-on use of our entire current product line in Acumed’s state-of-the-art cadaveric training lab. A variety of other activities are offered to enhance the learning experience. Surgeons will tour our plant to see Acumed’s superior manufacturing process and the attention and detail that goes into making our products. They will also meet with Acumed product managers and design engineers as well as members of the executive team.

A new feature of the program is an interview in our new multimedia studio. Surgeons are invited to speak about a favored approach, a challenging case, insight found through research, or other topics. The resulting content is highlighted on our social media and digital channels.
