Prepare, setup and establish the Installation, Test & Commissioning (ITC) team prior, during and after the implementation of Node B, RNC & RXI covering East Java province:

o Phase 1 – 4 2010 135 sites New Node B sites.o One new RNC (RNSBY03 Manyar Kartika) & 5 New RXI’s collocation with the RNC.o Migration IuB over ATM to IuB over IP existing 200 Node B’s Inner Cities of Surabaya & Malang

through Metro-E provided by PT. Telkom.o Migration of IuPS over ATM to IuPS over IP three existing RNC’s inner Surabaya City (RNSBY01,

RNSBY02 & RNSBY03).

Project Achievement:

135 new Node B sites installed and operated for all 3G functional in East Java province. One new RNC (RNSBY03) implemented & rehoming 40 existing Node B from RNSBY01 & RNSBY02. Five New RXI’s implemented successfully. 200 Node B’s migrated to IuB over IP thorough Metro-E, implementation divided into three batches running

in four consecutive months. Three biggest RNC in Surabaya inner city (RNSBY01, RNSBY02 & RNSBY03) migrated into IuPS over IP.

o Phase 1 – 4 2009 265 sites Node B collocation with existing 2G sites (End of year 2008 Target).o 4 new RNCs covering 4 cities (Probolinggo, Jember, Kediri & Madiun).o 5 new RXIs which are collocation with 3 new RNCs (Jember, Kediri & Madiun) and 2 existing RNCs

(Surabaya & Malang).o 5 expansion of existing RXI.o Rehoming Node Bs from three existing RNCs (RNSBY01, RNSBY02 & RNMLG01) to four RNCs outer.o Implementation of 53 sites HSPA+ (21 Mbps & 2nd FA running).

Project achievement: 265 new sites installed and operated for all 3G functional in East Java province. 4 new RNCs installed and operated in Probolinggo, Jember, and Kediri & Madiun to support 265 Node Bs. 5 new RXI’s installed and operated to support the integration of Node B towards RNC’s. 5 expansion of existing RXI. • Coordination with related Subcontractor to install RBS 3202 and RBS 3101 (Node B & Minilink Transmission) between RBS & BSC. Node B implementation cover the following area:

o Jakarta area, consist of 9 Node Bs. | Batam area, consist of 5 Node Bs. Ensure that all Node B (RBS) connected, test call & video call successfully. Support the 3G Trial ready for launching at 26 May 2005 (Telkomsel Anniversary). Perform and establish management support, coordination and smooth execution of the following test

activities:o 3G Prepaid test call such as voice and video call, video streaming. This activity needs integration of Ericsson 3G

Network into Siemens IN network.o 2G and 3G Dual Mode Access. The purpose of this test is to make sure that 2G and 3G call functionality can be

performed by single MSC (3G Ericsson MSC). BSC test bed (2G) has been installed on early stage to support dual mode access.

o Drive test for 3G optimization. The purpose of this test is to make sure that 3G coverage achieve the needs and fulfill customer expectation.

o Node Bs Operation and Maintenance coordination with dedicated engineer to check any kind potential alarm and make sure the corrective action or trouble shooting performed.

o 3G Multicore Integration. The purpose of this test is to enable and ensure the flexibility and compatibility of 3G Core with 3G RAN with different configuration between each other.

Project achievement: 14 sites installed and operated for all 3G functional call.

1 RNC installed and operated to support 14 Node Bs. 1 Media Gateway (MGW) installed and operated to support RNC.
