The innovative sunshade system proposed by Vitrum Mioni S.r.l. is ideal for use in outdoor spaces such as terraces, stallage facilities or dehors that require protection against atmospheric agents such as rain, snow or strong sunshine without compromising on the benefits of the circulation of fresh air. Storm water is channelled down the sides using eave profiles that discharge it inside the columns.

Konstruktion gemäß Eurocode 9 UNI ENV 1999-1-1:2002 für Standardlasten von 150 daN/qm bei Schnee und 90 daN/qm bei Wind. Die Konstruktion ist nach EN 1090 vom TÜV SÜD CE-zertifiziert und wird als Bausatz geliefert.

ÜBERDACHUNGDie Überdachung bilden Platten aus massivem Polykarbonat, die in einer breiten Farbauswahl erhältlich sind und eine profilierte Plattenhalterung mit Abdichtung besitzen. Auf Wunsch ist die Überdachung aus massivem Polykarbonat mit IR-Filter erhältlich. Diese innovative Lösung hält Infrarotstrahlung ab und verringert die Wärmeent-wicklung. Dadurch steigt ohne Beeinträchtigung der Helligkeit der Komfort des überspannten Berei-ches erheblich.

CERTIFICAZIONE PRODOTTISECONDO CE 1090-1Vitrum Mioni Srl, da sempre attenta alla sicurezza dei propri prodotti, ha da subito recepito la normativa, obbligatoria da 01.07.2014, di Marcatura secondo la norma armonizzata EN 1090-1 (Direttiva prodotti da costruzione 89/106/CEE) riguardante le strutture in acciaio o in allumi-nio, o parti di esse e riferibile in particolar modo ai prodotti della gamma ALLUWORLD (ALLUPERGOLA®, ALLUCAR®, ALLUGAR-DEN® e OPEN).Per garantire il proprio ciclo produttivo è stato introdotto un controllo della produzione (FPC) conforme alla norma EN 1090-1 e verificato periodicamente da parte dell’ Ente Notificato TÜV SUD, il quale ha rilasciato il Certificato di conformità n° 0948-CPD-0145.Particolare attenzione è stata posta alla sal-datura che è evidenziata come un processo speciale nella EN 1090 ed in particolar modo la conformità alle norme EN 3834-4 (sul controllo delle saldature), EN 15613 – EN 15614 (sulla qualifica procedure di saldatura) e EN 9606-2 (sulla qualifica dei saldatori).Il marchio CE indica quindi la conformità all’uso previsto con la quale il produttore Vitrum Mioni Srl attesta di fornire il proprio prodotto secondo le specifiche che ha descritto nella sua dichiarazione.Tale dichiarazione è accettata in tutta l’Unione Europea.Tutti i prodotti della gamma ALLUWORLD sono stati progettati e dimensionati secondo l’Eurocodice 9 UNI ENV 1999-1-1:2002 con requisiti di costruzione standard per carichi uniformemente distribuiti di neve pari a 150daN/mq e vento pari a 90 daN/mq.
