Impact of Services on Well-being

Positive• Health services: GPs,

good hospital treatment, chiropodists, occupational therapists

• Transport: Concessionary fares, community transport

• Voluntary sector: e.g. social and day clubs

Negative• Public services: negative attitudes -

lack of respect, empathy, listening, compassion
