Why theres plenty of room at the bottom
Close to 90% of Swara's traffic today comes from people trained in the field by people who have participated in Swara Workshops.
This is made possible by:
Intensive, crowdsourced moderation using commodity tools such as email Simple, cheap, re-usable technology Regular follow up by comitted volunteers Constant social media and network push Word of mouth publicity to regulate volume Constant quality control of content and feedback
