2 Except when he shall be specifically invited or required to prescnt a major address a member shall be entitled to no more than fifteen minutes at ltmy one meeting for the prescntation of a paper personally or through introduction of a non-member (5 additional minutes are alloted for disc ussion)

3 A membe r who sponsors a paper by a student member shall not have his nOlID al allotment of time curtailed by such sponsorship (A student who is not a student member is classified as a non-member)

4 A non-member of the Society may present a paper if (1) he is a joint author with a mcmbcr (2) he is introduced by a member llr (3) he is a member of an organization whi ch is spollsoring a joint sess ioll with the Society or one of its Divisions
