Guittard Chocolate Company — Founded in 1868, Guit-tard Chocolate Company is a family-owned chocolatecompany. RCI will tour Guittard’s Burlingame facility wheredried cacao beans are transformed into a variety of choco-late products for a variety of industries.

Walking Chocolate Tour of San Francisco: A leisurely walkto visit some gourmet chocolate businesses. Attendeeswill receive a Chocolate Lover Card for discounts at manyof the stops.

Ferry Building Marketplace — The Ferry Building Market-place is a gathering of local farmers, artisan producers andindependent food businesses. Located within the historicFerry Building, shops feature artisan cheeses, local fish andmuch more.

• Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker — ScharffenBerger Chocolate Maker was founded in 1997 as partof the resurgence in artisan chocolate-making. A tastecomparison of their single-origin dark chocolate barswill be offered.

• Recchiuti Confections — Owner and chocolatierMichael Recchiuti dries lavender, tarragon and lemonverbena, purchased at local farmers’ markets, to use ininfusions for his truffles.

• Neo Cocoa — Chocolate shop known for truffles.

Fog City News — More than just a newsstand, this shophas a large selection of premium chocolate bars.

Leonidas — Belgian chocolates are featured. Drinkingchocolate and a featured truffle will be available.
