REPAIR OF CONTRACTOR DAMAGED CABLES SHALL BE STARTED IMMEDIATELYAND CONTINUED UNTIL COMPLETED. ALL SUCH REPAIRS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESPECIFICATIONS AND SHALL BE AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
