THE SENIOR DESIGN ADVISOR José has been responsible for creating timeless design at Volvo for 21 years. It’s his job to make sure that the XC90 refresh maintains the core Volvo design foundations of elegance, sophistication and timeless-ness.
INTRODUCTION Design is always an integral component of function. Elements within the refreshed XC90 have been re- designed to enhance the perfect balance between product performance and driver harmony, whilst main-taining a core sense of entitlement and exclusiveness across the entire product range.
Whilst most refreshed features will remain true to their class, a selection will be made available across the entire XC90 range.
This brochure will guide you through the refreshed features of the Base, Kinetic, Momentum, Summum, Executive and R-Design models. Use it to highlight the new design features to your clients, as it describes how the refresh creates new, easily communicable unique selling points.

of a wider, lower body. We are very happy that this one design refresh has created two additional benefits.”
STORE SETTINGS IN THE POWER SEAT
Adjust the settings for maximum individual comfort. Then press the ‘M’ button. Both the car seat and the car key has memorized these settings.
If ever the seat is readjusted within this setting, the new adjustments are memorized by the car key. The next time the key is used, the seat will automatically move to those latest settings.
To return to the original seat settings, press the button located on the seat.

The refreshed design elements exclusive to the Executive model include full colour coordination for smoother exterior lines, and soft, elegantly detailed interiors that further elevate its level of luxury.

Assist the buyer in adjusting the seat and mirrors themselves. Show them how to use the multimedia systems. Redirect air conditioning vents. Explain how the memory system works as you give the keys to the buyer. Wish them a safe and happy test drive.
Most XC90 sales are made when the seller and the buyer are out on a test drive. If this is not possible, then how you prepare them before the test drive is even more important.
