11. BRIAN DAKOTA – As a working actor and stuntman, I have served three terms on the DFW SAG Council, And 1 term as Vice President for SAG/AFTRA. I have served on numerous committees Throughout my tenure, and will continue my involvement for the betterment of all the DFW members. With the

advancements in new media technologies in image capture and distribution venues, it is critical to know where we are going, and structure a pathway to get there. As I have in the past, I will continue to be a strong and uncompromising voice for memberswho are working hard in this industry.

12. LISA DALTON – Lisa Dalton has earned her living in entertainment as a SAG/AFTRA member since 1978, active in NY, LA and Dallas. SAG Stunt and Safety committee, SAG Conservatory, AFTRA Stanley Greene Audio Video Committee, frequent Convention Delegate, ProACT and current Dallas SAG/AFTRA Board. She volunteered

hundreds of hours teaching actors across the country and is a dymanic advocate for fair practices. “I am passionate about strengthening the value of membership through increasing employment, member’s skills and benefits. Experience in both the national and local offices and contracts gives me balanced insight into working harmoniously for everyone’s benefit”.

13. BENJAMIN DANE – My background includes the role of actor, producer and ad studio owner. I have worked as talent, hired talent and have marketed film/television product.Experiencing the details of each responsibility, I would like to provide acquired insight and represent my local Dallas market as well as contribute to the SAG-

AFTRA Convention. Working as Creative Director in my business, one of my greatest joys is collaborating with creative individuals. I am certain this ability coupled with a diverse knowledge may prove invaluable. I am eager to learn and grow with my Union!

01. GAIL CRONAUER – I’ve been a proud member of SAG-AFTRA in DFW since 1985. I am also an active member of Actors Equity Association. I’veworked in features, television and commercials. I am proud tohave brought union contracts into locally produced independentprojects and am committed to developing and encouraging

more such work. I am excited about new media and new opportunities made possible by the internet. I look forward to strengthening our ties with other markets in the areas of employment, education and networking. I would be honored to serve SAG-AFTRA.

03. BENJAMIN DANE – My experience as an independent producer has grown alongside a modest actingcareer. Recently producing a romantic/comedy feature debuting at Cannes and aTexas drama feature premiering theatrically this October, I’m certain I have experienced both sides of the spectrum. This

combined understanding gives me a broad approach to working as a union actor as well as hiring union talent. In addition, I operate a full service marketing/adstudio. It has an incredible history that continues to support andpromote our rights as artists and it is my greatest artistic testimony. Serving as a Convention Delegate signifies investing in the community that invested in me. Education and

service to others are my top priorities. I am also an educator and confident in my ability to communicate and serve effectively and efficiently in the manner of my nomination. As times change, so must we and changing together equals success. Sincerely,S.A. Flowers

15. HECTOR GARCIA – I am running for First Vice-President of the DFW Local {North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas}. As a current board member, I serve at the pleasure of the members and I ask for your vote once again. Everything we tackle as a board is about creating new jobs, or retrieving lost jobs due to right-to-work. The

Latino market has mushroomed and there is an entirely new field waiting to be organized. Emerging technologies are creating opportunities unforeseen a few years ago. The future looks bright but it needs fighters on YOUR board.

05. CHRISTIAN HEEP – I would like to see SAG-AFTRA actors in our region leading the charge to raise the standards ofexcellence and professionalism for our talent pool, thereby increasing our state’s attractiveness to producers. Through our example, working together, with generosity, let’s bring all actors, union and

pre-union, into a common understanding and vision of what we have to offer as professional actors.
