Adoption de l'ordre du jour
Le Conseil a adopté l’ordre du jour.
9 février 2015
Élection du Bureau et désignation du Rapporteur
Conformément à son Règlement intérieur, le Conseil a élu M. Samuel Beever
(Australie, Liste D) aux fonctions de Président pour un mandat d'un an.
Mme Vibeke Gram Mortensen (Danemark, Liste D) a été élue suppléante.
Le Conseil a élu Mme Elvira Elena Barrios Icaza (Panama, Liste C) aux fonctions de
Vice-Présidente. M. Juan Carlos Sarmiento Umbarila (Colombie, Liste C) a été élu
suppléant.
Le Conseil a élu membres du Bureau pour un mandat
d'un an, en tant que représentants des trois autres listes électorales du PAM:
M. Robert Sabiiti (Ouganda, Liste A); S. E. M. Saywan Sabir Mustafa Barzani
(Iraq, Liste B); et M. Victor Fedorinov (Fédération de Russie, Liste E). Ont été élus
suppléants: S. E. M. Cristantos Obama Ondo (Guinée équatoriale, Liste A); M. Lee
Je-hyoung (République de Corée, Liste B); et M. Andrzej Halasiewicz

En application de l'article XII de son Règlement intérieur, le Conseil a nommé

2015/EB.1/6 Programmes de pays — Madagascar 200733 (2015-2019)
Le Conseil a approuvé le programme de pays Madagascar 200733 proposé pour
2015–2019 (WFP/EB.1/2015/6-A), lequel requérait 49 677 tonnes de produits
alimentaires représentant un montant de 31,6 millions de dollars É.-U., et prévoyait
des transferts d'espèces et de bons pour un montant de 3,2 millions de dollars, ainsi
que des activités de développement et d'augmentation des capacités pour un coût de
7 millions de dollars, soit un coût total pour le PAM de 69 millions de dollars.

Le Conseil a approuvé l’augmentation budgétaire de 9,2 millions de dollars
proposée pour le programme de pays Zambie 200157 (WFP/EB.1/2015/7-A/2),
ainsi que la prolongation de dix mois de ce programme, de mars 2015 à
décembre 2015.
