Book Week 2016 On Thursday the 25th August we held our annual Book Week Parade. The effort students and teachers went to this year on their costumes was fantastic. Students enjoyed parading their costumes and getting into character for a day. A big thank you to all the parents and carers for your help in preparing students costumes the day was a huge success. Book Week is all about fostering a love of reading. At Blairmount we encourage students to read for enjoyment and it was great to see that so many students spent time and effort reading books and researching the perfect character. Finally a big thank you to teachers and staff for their support on the day, it was enjoyed by all. Mrs Currie
