This prohibition includes drones used for filming or videotaping, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within Waffle Farm Campground boundaries. ALCOHOL POLICY We are a family-friendly campground, so alcohol may be enjoyed at your campsite when drinking responsibly and in moderation. Irresponsible use or disruptive behavior will result in being asked to leave the campground without a refund. Though the campground is private property, the law restricts open use in areas where others may come in contact with it publicly; therefore, use of marijuana is STRICTLY LIMITED to inside your personal camping unit only. Marijuana, cigarette, and vaping product use are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in our cottages, bathhouses, and arcade. Using marijuana outside of your personal camping unit, or demonstrating inconsiderate or disruptive behavior will result in being asked to leave the campground without a refund. 1. * Unless approved by management** Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends require a reservation for at least Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. For Halloween weekends, Friday and Saturday nights are required.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTSFor peak season weekends and holidays, full site payment is due when the reservation is made. Off-season reservations require a deposit equal to one night’s stay. For longer stays, the deposit due will be equivalent to 50% of your total stay. This deposit guarantees your reservation.

GROUP RESERVATIONSIt is required that for each site reserved, a name, e-mail address, and phone number is provided 3 weeks before arrival date. Please e-mail the guest details to [email protected]. We recommend changes be made through the person who made the group reservations.

GOLF CART POLICIES1. All golf carts must be registered in the office, at the time of

check-in. A $5 fee per night is required to register your personal golf cart or other low-speed vehicle. Maximum charge is $20 per month. Liability insurance must also be provided and kept on file.

2. Operators of golf carts must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license. However, if staff finds driver not following rules, we can revoke driver’s golf cart driving privileges at any time.

3. Please operate under the speed limit of 10mph. All passengersmust be seated properly while vehicle is in motion. No horseplay, racing, standing, or other misuse of golf carts is permitted.

4. Carts are to be operated on roadways only. No driving through campsites or other non-traffic areas.5. No driving while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.6. Golf cart registrant is responsible for golf cart at all times.

Violating these rules will result in the

loss of golf cart privileges.

GOLF CART RENTALS & RATES1. You must be 18 years old to rent a golf cart.2. You must have proof of insurance that covers personal injury,

property damage, and any required coverage for the operation of the vehicle.

3. You must comply with all the rules and regulations of the campground to maintain the privilege of driving/renting golf carts in the campground. Waffle Farm Campground has the right to revoke driving privileges at any time if they deem it necessary.

4. You must sign a rental agreement and provide the office staff with a copy of your insurance.

• Ramp Fee $5.00 per visit. Kayaks, Canoes, Inflatables, paddleboats, etc. are excluded. Visitor Pass must be purchased for ALL Non-Campers.

• Off-Road Dump Station Use Fee $10.00

We must receive your cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date for a full refund per site minus the cancellation fee of $15.00. For holidays, we must have your cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival date for a full refund minus the holiday cancellation fee of $25.00. In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed. NO REFUNDS will be issued for early departure or for weather-related cancellations.

NO SHOW POLICYAll reservations will be held until 9AM the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you have not arrived, called to cancel your reservation, or informed the office of a next day arrival by phone, your reservation will be considered a no-show and canceled without refund.
