Page 16: Wagon Rehabilitation Shop – Bottlenecks & Suggestions For

Problem : Lack of accountability

Solution : both the sections should be equally responsible for the dispatch of wagons.

At present only the fitting section is responsible.

Page 17: Wagon Rehabilitation Shop – Bottlenecks & Suggestions For

Problem : High downtime of EOT cranes

Solution :

• Recruiting/deputing dedicated electrical staff for the maintenance of EOT cranes.

Problem : Inefficient material movement between the wagon shop and B.S.T.

Solution : Better availability of trucks for transportation should be ensured.

Page 28: Wagon Rehabilitation Shop – Bottlenecks & Suggestions For

Problems : Substandard main switches used for welding and EOT cranes:-
