Manufacturing company. Preliminary skills in operation of machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, grinder, etc.). Have
the knowledge and ability to train other technicians.
Inspect equipment, perform preliminary diagnosis.
Assist in the performance of semi-skilled and skilled repairs of routine, complex and specialized tasks involved in
the installation, maintenance, servicing, modification, troubleshooting and calibration of equipment.
Able to start all ancillary equipment in plant for production or troubleshooting.
Able to adjust/calibrate glue unit settings on corrugators.
Able to adjust and change window machine window knives.
Able to change knife blades and adjust without assistance and assist with preload settings on knives on Sheeters.
BHS bandleader belt replacement
Unit load cell replacements,320 and calibration of load cells.
Replace slitter drive belts (internal), assist with gripper bar chain replacement.
Must have High School Diploma or GED.
