CIRCULATION SERVICESThis service allows students to borrow books either for library or home use for a certain period of time. Usually WCC Guimba Library allow students to borrow 2 books for a period of one day subject to renewal if not in demand and the whole semester or school year for faculty members/administrators.REFERENCE SERVICEThe Library answer questions whether directional, ready-reference, research or reference type.INTERLIBRARY LOAN SERVICEStudents who wish to conduct research and avail of the services of other library/ies can secure a letter from the library stating their intention subject to the procedures of the library they will visit.BIBLIOGRAPHIC ADVISORY SERVICESThe Library provides research assistance to its customers through advisory on what particular materials are available and how it is written in bibliographic and citation style. This service also include compiling bibliographic listings of materials for students, faculty or researchers for a minimal fee.READING ASSESSMENT PROGRAMThe Library conducts reading assessment program for pre-Elem and Elementary pupils to measure their reading progress.

INTERNET USAGE SERVICESThe library offer students an opportunity to use the computers and search the Internet to access information from the World Wide Web.

LIBRARY INSTRUCTIONThe Department offers instruction to students on the efficient and effective use of the library, its resources and facilities.

CURRENT AWARENESS SERVICEInformation about new books, library statistics, book reviews, trivias, announcements, etc. are disseminated through the Library Bulletin.
