2021 Reservation Policy: Half down as a deposit to confirm reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to check in on all summertime rentals (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Balance due at check in for all Spring & Fall reservations. Reservations during the summertime (Memorial Day – Labor Day) without payment in full 40 days prior to check in are cancelled.
2021 Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be returned once the cottage has been re-rented for the same dates and rental rate less (-) a $ 200.00 cancellation fee, per cottage, per week or less; there is a $ 500.00 cancellation fee for Cottage #s C3 & C4. Payments are forfeited if the Cottage is not re-rented for the same dates & rental rate.
DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any daytime guest(s) added to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage's capacity or reservation agreement, will be charged to you, at the rate of $ 10.00 + tax per person per day. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.
OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any guest to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage's capacity or reservation agreement, past 9:00 P.M. for the night will be charged to you, at the rate of $ 75.00 + tax per person per night. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests. These guest policies are necessary so as not to over crowd our property or cottage(s).
Driveway Gate Policy: All visitor’s vehicles not part of your cottage’s capacity will be charged $ 5.00 + tax per day + any daytime or nighttime guest fees above and beyond the cottage’s capacity or reservation agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on all weekly and weekend rentals. $ 200 Per cottage, $ 250 for #s C3 & C4.
Vessel Policy: Boats up to 21 foot: $15 per boat and trailer per day or $35 per boat and trailer per weekend or $ 70.00 per Boat and Trailer per week. Boats 22 ft. – 26 ft. max are $30 per boat and trailer per day or $70 perboat and trailer per weekend or $100 per boat and trailer per week. Kayak, Canoe, SUP & Windsurfing Board: $ 10per Day, $ 15 per weekend or $ 20 per Week. Fee is applicable if Vessel is onsite.
