4. PAYMENT

The preferred method of payment is via Swift electronic bank transfer. Cape AgriTours will send you a formal invoice in order for you to facilitate this transaction at the bank.

Once full payment has been done, any cancellation requests must be sent to the Organisers in writing and acceptance of the cancellation will also be given in writing. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation administration fee – detail of which will be available on the website.
