Infinite Stone fossils are an easy way to customize your surfaces with unique, accents that would normally costs thousands depending on the rarity of the fossil and surface.

After Infinite stoning your surface, take your desired fossil stencil and set on surface area. Dab your Infinite sponge lightly in 2 to 3 stain colors alternating colors on sponge. Dab excess stain color on towel. Apply light pressure and dab on stain with sponge over fossil stencil while holding stencil in place.

Lift away stencil from surface. Using the “tool” lightly dab off excess stain from surface from the fossil imprint. While stain is drying using the learned Infinite stone technique dab and marble surface until aged fossil is achieved. After you can lightly add a desired stain on top to give layered deep fossil look.

Infinite Minerals can add beauty to your refinishing project by using this pigment as an additive to give your solid colors depth and a very different look. We carry three metal flakes, Stainless Steel, Copper and Gold. You can also blend the different metal flake finishes to get a different look, the possibilities are endless. Add small amounts directly into the last stain layer or alone with tool or Infinite sponge.

High Gloss infinite Stone- Using Infinite Stone polisher, attach Infinite buffing pad to any standard drill. If you don’t have a drill you can always rent or borrow one from numerous home improvement stores. Apply small amounts of infinite polish to countertop using buffing pad start from one end and start polishing your infinite stone countertops.

Semi-satin gloss Infinite Stone- Lightly water sand countertops with water and infinite stone 1500 grit sand paper provided using sander if you have one, or by hand. Lightly remove and small dust particle to have infinite stoned area smooth to the touch keeping small amount of water as you sand on the countertops. Dry off with towel or cloth. Using Infinite stone satin pad lightly start scuffing area consistently from one side to the area using straight back and forth consistent movements all in same direction. When done alternate in the other direction back and forth to ensure complete satin finish on entire surface!

To give you good examples of the Infinite Stone Stain on wood we made swatches of our most popular colors. There are 2 coats of stain and 2 coats of the High Gloss Sealer applied on each wood swatch.

CONCRETE STAINING with Infinite StoneFirst, we suggest testing a small sample area with your stain to make sure the color meets your expectations and to determine how many coats of stain you will need to achieve your desired look. Every coat you apply will give you a

darker shade of the color you pick. You m; you also can apply stain on with a ay find that you need only one coat of stain.

When staining cement, you can use a broom, roller or sponge. We do not suggest a hand pump sprayer because they cause too many inconsistencies in the surface. Apply a medium coat of stain and let stain dry for 2 hours before applying second coat.

We also HIGHLY suggest sealing your stain the following day. We carry a wet look sealer and a satin sealer. Both are water based and are suggested on cement floors where normal usage will occur. If this is an industrial application, we suggest sealing the stain with our two component solvent base acrylic urethane which also comes in a wet or satin look. Our solvent base sealers are very chemical resistant and have very strong UV blockers.

Cement Preparation

First, make sure cement is clean and has no sealers on it. Run a simple test to see if you have sealers in your surface. Apply water on the cement, if it beads up like a wax on an automobile, then you have a sealer on it. To remove sealers we highly suggest using a mild sandblasting on the first layer of cement, then use Infinite cleaner on it. Unfortunately no sealer can be properly taken off with chemicals or cleaners; it must be physically taken off. If the cement is fresh (30 days after its poured) no Infinite cleaner is needed, just a good power washing.

Dry Time

Dries to touch in 30 minutes. Cooler temperatures and high humidity will cause stain to dry slower. You can apply a second coat after 2 hours, and can be sealed after 24 hours. 2 to 3 coats of Infinite stain are suggested; every additional coat will darken the color stain, coat until desired darkness is achieved. You can then apply concrete sealant over the top,

Allow 72 hours to cure before automotive traffic or heavy objects to be used on stained surface. Surface can be walked on after 16 to 24 hours depending on temperature and humidity.
