Direct Deposit Set Up Instructions1. To enter your bank account, follow this navigation:

Direct Deposit Set Up Instructions3. This is the screen where you will enter your bank account information (must be a standard U.S.

checking or savings account). a. Create a Nickname for this account. Suggestion is your first name with the type of

account it is.i. Example - Joe-checking

b. Click on the down arrow to select the type of account – Checking or Savings. c. Bank Code (routing number) –manually enter the bank’s 9-digit routing number.

i. There are no letters, special characters or spaces in a routing number. ii. If you do not know the routing number, please contact your bank for the

correct information. 1. Your direct deposit will be delayed if the correct routing number is not

provided. d. Account Number – Enter your account number. DO NOT drop any leading zeros. The

16-digit number on your debit card is NOT your account number.e. Confirm Account Number – Enter the account number again. f. Account Holder – Identify the name of the holder of the bank account. g. Click on the “Next” button when completed.

Direct Deposit Set Up Instructions4. You will receive the message below if you have successfully entered your banking instructions.

a. Click on the “Enroll in Direct Deposit” button.

5. Click on “Enroll in Direct Deposit”.

6. Click on “Proceed to Enroll in Direct Deposit.”

7. Click on the down arrow "Select Bank Account" and select the bank account listed.a. When the bank account is selected, click on the “Next” button.

have read the agreement form. a. Click on “Submit”.

9. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment in the direct deposit program.

Direct Deposit Set Up Instructions10. After completing your direct deposit enrollment the current enrollment can be viewed in the

Direct Deposit Summary.

11. Your direct deposit enrollment can be modified at any time. To do so click on Modify Direct Deposit from the Direct Deposit Summary.

a. To add a new bank account click on Add Another Bank Account or follow this navigation: b. Main Menu – Self Service – Campus Finances – Manage My Bank Accounts

i. Click on “Add Account”.

15. Bank accounts can be updated or deleted through the Bank Account Summary. a. Only accounts not currently in use can be deleted.
