Introducing Another Healthy Halal Option BlossomPure is responding to the growing concern of many conscientious customers who are concerned about the animal treatment and feed. We are now proud to introduce a second best line of products that are ethically raised and fed. We understand that making the decision to choose ethical options in the consumer market comes with an added cost. Sometimes the cost can prevent some of us from being able to enjoy the benefits of a 100% certified organic diet. To address this gap between non-organic food options we are introducing ethical options in all cuts of chicken, beef, and lamb. All these items as well as our fine selection of organic meats will be clearly labeled and identifiable from one another. Our Ethical Chicken: They have been raised on feed and grain that is free from hormones, animal by-products and blood. They are allowed to move around in their pens and sleep comfortably, which provides them with a proper space and conditions for a healthy living. They are typically raised for ten to fifteen days longer then mass-produced poultry. This allows them to reach an ideal size for processing in a much more natural method. They are also slaughtered in a federally inspected onsite slaughterhouse. Our Ethical Beef and Lamb: They are raised on feed that is FREE of any animal by- product or any hormones. They are not confined to a barn and are raised outdoors on the pasture, with free access to fresh air and clean water. Our beef is raised for an average of 6-12 months longer than mass produced beef, while our lamb is raised for an additional 2-4 months. As a result of this more natural approach to farming, our Beef and Lamb reach an ideal size for processing in a much more natural method.
