A deposit of the first hours fee (£60) must be paid via PayPal to [email protected] to solidify the contract. The deposit is non refundable even in the event of cancelation or a postponement, unless the photographer is unable to attend the event,
(however I make a point to make sure I am there unless there are extreme reasons not to! And in the unlikely case, will do my best to find a replacement)
If understood Zuleika Fray Photography is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contractNo part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in fullZuleika Fray Photography reserves the right to use negatives, digital images and or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives remain the exclusive property of Zuleika Fray PhotographyWe take the upmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs, however in the unlikely event of failure comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studios liability is limited to refund of deposits only.
