If our colonial ancestors were alive today.

If our Christian colonial ancestors were alive today, it is very likely that they would be ready to declare their independence again – not to abolish their government, but to re-establish it upon its original foundation, and set new Constitutional safeguards for the future of their rights to liberty and self-government.  

They would be keenly aware of the Supreme Court’s perversion of the common sense language of the Constitution.  They would surely correct their one critical error - failure to clearly bind their Declaration of Independence to the U. S. Constitution – an error plainly seen by President Reagan and becoming apparent to all of us.  

Using Jefferson’s excellent style and language, updated to present conditions, they would likely begin with a public declaration of their intentions.  Their New Declaration of Independence might be much like the following:  __________________________________________________

                                    A Declaration of Independence

Preamble: Two hundred thirty-five years ago, the elected Representatives of the American People, in Congress assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World, instituted the American Government, laying its Foundation upon the

Principles enumerated in their Declaration of Independence; and by the Constitution of the United States organized its Powers in such Form as to them seemed most likely to effect the Safety and Happiness of their Posterity; and by the Bill of Rights limited its Powers.

When in the Course of American Jurisprudence, it becomes necessary for The People of the United States of America to take upon themselves that Sovereignty of The People to which The Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to this Declaration.

We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Persons are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the lawful Pursuit of Happiness; that to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed; that whenever the American Government becomes abusive of its Powers and destructive of its Foundation, it is The Peoples’ Right to withdraw their Consent, to assert their collective sovereignty over their Government, and to re-establish their Government upon its Original Foundation. 

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established shall not be changed for light and transient Causes.   Such prudent restraint does not define the character of the present rulers of these United States; but all Experience has shown, that The People are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by restoring the Forms to which they had been accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new safeguards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of the American People; and such is now the necessity that constrains them to recover their Government from the unworthy hands to which it had entrusted it. 

The History of the present judiciary of the United States is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations by a Judicial Oligarchy, all having in direct Object the Establishment of absolute Tyranny over the States and the People. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.

They have dissolved the Charter for our Nation’s Existence by ignoring the Foundation Principles of American Government, clearly enumerated in our

Original Declaration of Independence.They have confiscated to themselves alone the Constitution of the United States, rejecting the Fundamental Principle that “The people alone are the absolute owners and uncontrollable movers of such sovereignty as human beings can claim to exercise; subject to the eternal and unchangeable rules of Justice, Truth, and good Faith.”They have elevated themselves paramount to the People, their elected President, and their elected Representatives declaring, “We are under a Constitution, but the Constitution is what the judges say it is.”They have usurped the law-making authority of the elected Legislative Branch, issuing judicial edicts for which Congress had enacted no law, and proclaiming such to be “the Law of the Land."They have perverted the clear and lawful intent of our Constitution, making it a “thing of wax” in their hands, reshaping it to agree with their concept of Social and Political correctness, and imposing this tyranny upon the People.They have nullified Acts of Congress, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.They have overruled the Will of the People, clearly expressed and agreeable to the eternal and unchangeable rules of Justice, Truth, and good Faith - often by the order of one judge alone.They have violated the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution, adjudicating questions reserved to the States respectively, or to the People.They have perverted the Ninth Amendment, creating “rights” of the most absurd nature and contrary to "the laws of nature and nature’s God."They have reversed Constitutional orders of preceding Courts, most wholesome and necessary for the public good,  and have consistently refused to reverse unconstitutional orders of recent Courts.They have violated the First Amendment to our Constitution, prohibiting the free exercise of the Faith of our Fathers, when the People had expressly forbidden Congress to make any law prohibiting the free exercise of Religion.They have violated the First Amendment to our Constitution, effectively instituting Atheistic Secular Humanism as the established Religion of the United States, thus replacing our Republic’s moral Foundation with the Corruptible Nature of Man.Prohibiting the free exercise of the Faith of our Fathers, they have aided and abetted Religious Humanism in its declared Purpose and Program of Humanism — the Evaluation, Transformation, Control, and Direction of our associations and institutions.They have killed millions of Americans-to-be-born, replacing them with foreigners, crossing our borders illegally.

 To accomplish these ends they have stationed among us a host of administrative tyrants and wicked organizations to intimidate our school teachers, our school children, our righteous judges, even the ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, thus weakening the “indispensable support” of our free self-governing Republic.In every stage of these Oppressions we have petitioned for Redress in our Courts in the most humble Terms:  Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.  A Court whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to judge a free people.

Nor have we been wanting in Attentions to our presidents and Congresses. We have warned them from Time to Time of Attempts to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of Judicial, Executive, and Legislative acts destructive of the Foundation of our free self-governing Republic.We have appealed to their native Justice and Magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the Ties of our common Citizenship to disavow these Usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our Connections and Correspondence. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity.

“It is a fact too notorious to be concealed, that Congress is rent by party, that much business of a trifling nature and personal concernments withdraws their attention from matters of great national interest at this critical period...” To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.

They have combined with the Executive to subject us to judicial edicts foreign to our Constitution, giving their assent to the Court’s pretended Legislation, and bowing to the Court as the Final Arbiters of our Constitution.They have neglected to impeach federal judges who are clearly guilty of misbehavior, High Crimes and Misdemeanors, and arrogant high-handedness against our Constitution, our elected representatives, and the People of these United States.They have neglected to initiate proceedings for amending our Constitution against government tyranny when Amendment is sorely needed.They have virtually abdicated Legislative authority to a shadow government of rich lobbyists and bureaucrats who rule in favor of special interests, and not in the best interest of the People.They have abdicated Legislative authority to the President’s executive orders and to the Supreme Court so that these two branches can and do dictate our governments without them.They have built huge“war chests”of questionable contributions, rendering

election to Congress more bought than honorably won.They have made rules of Congress to perpetuate their incumbency, rendering the election of a replacement unreasonably difficult and costly.They have made rules of Congress giving Control of Congress to the political party having the majority of members in Congress at any given time. They have given Control of the White House to the political party that succeeded in electing the President — although our Constitution makes no provision for political parties.

They have made rules of Congress that automatically elevate Partisan Politicians to powerful positions for which they are grossly unqualified.They have appointed partisan “whips” to bribe and coerce our elected representatives to vote the political party line.They have created a multitude of Committees, allowing bills to die there before consideration by the whole body of elected representatives.They have made “Party disputes and personal quarrels … the great business of the day whilst the momentous concerns of an empire, a great accumulated debt, ruined finances, depreciated money . . . are but secondary considerations and postponed from day to day, from week to week as if our affairs wore a most promising aspect.” They have abandoned their responsibility to control our currency, turning this crucial power over to the Federal Reserve System, a non-elected association of bankers.They have conspired with the Judiciary and the Executive to devour all powers into the jaws of the Federal Government, reducing the States and their subsidiary governments to vassals of the Federal colossus.They have created a Federal Government too enormous and expansive to be efficiently managed and financed.They continually devalue our dollar and expand our private and public debt beyond our ability to repay.The present Congress, in complicity with a despotic Court and in glaring violation of the First Amendment, at this present time proposes legislation to muzzle Ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ into compliance with their Humanist concept of Social and Political Correctness.

The Presidents likewise have shown their complaisance with the despotic Court, violating their sworn Oath to defend our Constitution, bowing to the Court as the final Arbiters of our Constitution. The acts of the present President of the United States evinces a Design to Destroy the sure Foundation of our American Liberties, to Create an Imperial Executive and to place The People under a Ruling Master. To prove this, let Facts be

 The son of an Islamic father, he has praised the Islamic Religion, which had inspired a murderous attack on our People and promised to place us under Islamic law.  He has abused the Faith of our Fathers, the source of our inalienable Rights.The son of a Humanist mother, five days before his election he declared, “We are just five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”  All evidence reveals that his declared fundamental transformation is the same as that declared by Religious Humanists. He has devoured our health care system into the jaws of a federal bureaucracy thoroughly incapable of administering it, and against the expressed will of the People.At this present time he is conspiring with the despotic judiciary to strike down an Act of Congress, most wholesome and necessary for the public good.  He has placed “Czars” at the head of his Administrative Offices to impose the will of an Imperial Executive.He has filled the federal bureaucracy with a swarm of Humanists, committed to the Humanist Purpose and Program for America —the Evaluation, Transformation, Control, and Direction of our Government, foreshadowing the surrender of the American People over to a despotic Secular/Socialist New World Order.At this present time he is conspiring with the United Nations to place the American People under International Law to the destruction of our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our free self-governing Republic.    We must, therefore acquiesce in the Necessity, which denounces our Resolution, and hold our present rulers unfit to govern a free people.

 We, therefore, the PEOPLE of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, solemnly Publish and Declare, That we are, and of Right ought to be, a Free and Independent People; that we are absolved from all Allegiance to all Court Decrees, Acts of Congress, and Executive Orders in violation of the Foundation Principles of our free self-governing Republic, and Contrary to the laws of nature and nature’s God.  And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

Shall we do it, or shall we simply relax and witness the death throes of our once great United States of America?

Read on to understand why We the People must take these drastic actions to repossess our great nation from the hands that are destroying it at an ever-accelerating speed.

July 3, 1776 John Adams, (Signer of the Declaration of Independence, Second President of the United States.)  "The second day of July 1776, (the day the Continental Congress approved the Declaration of Independence) will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America.  I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary Festival.  It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty.  It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever.You will think me transported with enthusiasm, but I am not.  I am well aware of the toil and blood and treasure that it will cost to maintain this Declaration, and support and defend the States."

Sunday, July 3, 2011 I am pleased to inform you, Mr. Adams, that after 235 years, Independence Day is still celebrated much as you hoped it would be.  American flags adorn churchyards today.  And church folks will be solemnly grateful to God and their colonial ancestors for that “Day of Deliverance.” The day will indeed be celebrated “with pomp and parade, shows, games, guns, bells, fireworks, and illuminations from one end of this continent to the other.”  And so it should be for as long as the world stands.

July 5, 2011 Having no desire to “rain on the parade,” Mr. Adams, I have postponed these comments until after the fourth of July, the day we celebrate as Independence Day once a year.  The sad truth is, for the other 364 days of every year, the Unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America is forgotten, along with “ the toil and blood and treasure that it will cost to maintain this Declaration, and support and defend the States.” 

Oh it is true, an original copy of our Declaration of Independence lies encased under glass in our nation’s capitol building - just an old relic to the functionaries

They have bowed to the Supreme Court as the final arbiters of the Constitution.  And this Court has long since ignored the principles of government demanded by our Declaration of Independence.  Thomas Jefferson. (“Author of the Declaration of Independence,” Third President of the United States) "You seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine, indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. "

James Madison. (“Chief Architect of the Constitution,” Fourth President of the United States.)  "This makes the Judiciary dept. paramount in fact to the Legislature, which was never intended, and can never be proper."

Thomas Jefferson. "Our judges are as honest as other men, but not more so . . . and their power the more dangerous, as they are in office for life and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that, to whatever hands confided, with corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots."

And so they have, Mr. Jefferson.  So they have.

The Original Declaration of Independence

The Unanimous Declaration of the thirteen UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

When in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to the Separation.

Foundations of Government from the Declaration

1. The United States is a Nation under “the laws of Nature and nature’s God”. These laws enumerated in the Bible pronounce all peoples and all nations of all times under the sovereignty of Almighty God “whose authority can be superceded by no power on earth.” We the People of the United States of America are entitled to our own independent nation only by authority of “the laws of nature and nature’s God.”  It cannot be over emphasized - all our laws and acts of government must first and always comply with “the laws of nature and nature’s God.”All government actions forbidding or restricting the recognition of the God of the

Bible, and/or forbidding or restricting prayer and the worship of the God of our Fathers in any place in this country are direct assaults on the only authority for our existence as a nation.  Such acts by our government are likewise a glaring violation of the First and Tenth Amendments to  our Constitution.  They are a grave threat to our continued existence as a free, self-governing people.Government incompatible with “the laws of  nature and nature’s God”  is tyranny.

2. Citizens of the United States are equal under law.This equality under law comes from God, the Creator, Who is “no respecter of persons”; but  “all men are created equal.”The government will not bestow titles of nobility, create a system of social castes, nor grant special rights and privileges to any individual, group of individuals, or class of individuals. To enjoy this equality under law we must all first  conform to the  “laws of nature and nature’s God” enumerated in the Bible.Government enforced “equality” incompatible with the “laws of nature and nature’s God”  is tyranny.

3. Certain human rights are inalienable.“Among these rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” These rights are “endowed by their Creator,” and come automatically with conception of human life. Government does not own these rights; therefore, government cannot bestow them nor justly take them away.  These certain rights, however, being “endowed by their Creator” must be compatible with the “laws of nature and nature’s God” enumerated in the Bible.a. Government denial of God-given rights is tyranny.b. Government bestowing and enforcing “rights”(those “wild and savage liberties")  that are condemned by the Bible is tyranny.

6. The people of the United States collectively have the right and the responsibility to maintain, alter, or even abolish and re-institute their government.…. Within the Constitution itself, they provided the means of periodic alteration by the people.This probably explains why we have lived peaceably under one constitution longer than any other republic in history. The people’s right to periodic alteration is made effective when we, with knowledge, participate in the elective process - when we recruit and elect members to Congress:

-  when we elect Presidents who will protect our Declaration and Constitution against judge-made law and unconstitutional acts of Congress, and who will carefully appoint federal judges who are truly committed to the plain-English, common-sense statements of our Declaration and Constitution, not to their concepts of social or political correctness.

and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a Design to reduce [the people] under absolute Despotism.”  To be justified, such last-resort overthrow would be - as it was with the colonists - by the great majority of the people, acting under bona fide provisional government, by consent of the governed. Never would armed overthrow of government be justified, if by acts of terrorism or rebellion by small bands of self-appointed militia.

Armed overthrow of government in the United States is not likely ever to happen. If the people become too apathetic or dissipated to alter their government by Constitutional process, they are not likely to rally en masse and alter it by any other means. The great danger is that the people will allow our form of government to be altered by Executive Order, Court Decree, or Act of Congress in violation of the Constitutional process.Any Executive order, act of Congress, or Supreme Court decree that tends to alter our constitution of government, before our Constitution has been altered by Constitutional Amendment, by consent of the people, is tyranny.

7. The government of the United States is based on a covenant between each individual citizen and the whole body politic and the whole body politic and each individual citizen, sworn in the presence of the Supreme Judge of the World, by the duly elected representatives of the people of the United States.

“And for the support of this Declaration, with firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”The body politic violates this covenant when it denies commonly enjoyed God-given liberties to any individual, group of individuals, or class of individuals except for  acts violating "the laws of nature and nature's God",as punishment for crimes against, or indecent behavior before the body politic. Such denial of God-given liberty by the body politic is tyranny.The individual violates this covenant when he commits acts against the commonly held God-given rights of others, compatible with "the laws of nature and nature's God."  Such acts are criminal, not only against another individual, but against the whole body politic. Such acts call for the just action of the whole body politic against the individual criminal. Failure to act effectively against criminals is tyranny against the law-abiding.

Tyranny resides in that corruptible part of human nature. Always has been so, always will be.  And government, of all places, is the perfect place to exercise that

Issues- 2012 – for A Return to Liberty

No.1.   Remove President Obama from office along with his radical “Czars.”

This is not about politics or race.  It is necessary because the “fundamental transformation of the United States of America” pursued by this administration for the last three years reveals a design to accept the Supreme Court’s war on Christianity, to create an imperial Executive, and (perhaps ignorantly) to finish the decades-long implementation of the “plan and purpose” of Humanism for America and the world – i.e. an Atheistic one-world secular/socialist order.  America may already be very close to the point of no return in this evil scheme.

No. 2.   End the Supreme Court’s War on Christianity and correct the damages done.

“The highest glory of the American Revolution was this; it connected in one indissoluble bond the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity.”  John Quincy Adams, 1821, Sixth President of the United States, Son of Abigail and John Adams, Second President of the United States, Signer of both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

The eventual downfall of our once great American republic was assured in 1963 when the U. S. Supreme Court in Engle v. Vitale took us off the long-standing Bible standard and placed us on the Humanist standard, based on nothing more secure than the corruptible nature of man. (“Ethics are situational and autonomous.”)  This act of the Supreme Court had the effect of transferring primary control of our government and society from Congress, the representatives of the people, to federal judges who now with impunity routinely overrule Congress and the direct vote of the people.  (See the “Judges” page on this website).   All the insurmountable problems facing our country today have their roots in this wicked act of a despotic judicial oligarchy, the Warren Court of 1963.  (And, it might be added, by the failure of all succeeding Courts, Congresses and Administrations to take the judicial oligarchy to task.   Before 1963, we were

getting along acceptably well. 

Therefore, try as they may, politicians can never solve the insurmountable problems of this country while ignoring this fact.  Demonstrating against Congress because they will not create more debt to create jobs is an exercise in futility.  Likewise the President’s ranting against Congress for the same.  The underlying fatal flaw is in the federal judiciary, which has been allowed to run (and ruin) the country.  We are on a sinking Titanic; and the band plays on!

Therefore, the second highest priority is to put an end to the federal judges’ War on Christianity and repair the damage they have done to our liberty, our government, and our society.  Is this possible?  Probably not with the present (2011) President and Congress, particularly the Senate. If it is to be done, We the People must rise to our Constitutional duty and put our federal government back in Constitutional order.  Do we still possess the character of our colonial ancestors?

Had the people, during the Revolution, a suspicion of any attempt to war against Christianity, that Revolution would have been strangled in its cradle.      House Judiciary Committee, 1854

Attention!  If We the People do not have the character and the will to end the federal government’s War on Christianity, read no further.  America, good and free as we have known her, is lost. Why? Because the bonding of the “principles of civil government” with the “principles of Christianity” is the base upon which this great nation was built.  Destroy this “indissoluble bond” and the structure will crumble.  The Humanists and others know this very well, but the People, the real government of these United States, have been very slow to learn and most reluctant to act.  Listen!

So let the People keep the faith and march on to take America back.

No. 3. Elect U. S. Senators and Representatives who understand these facts, and who are ready and willing to take the necessary action to restore Constitutional order to our federal government.

Think about it!  The Democrats represent the poor. (Actually they also represent the rich if they are “liberal.”)  The Republicans represent the rich, including big business.  Who is representing middle America?  Answer: No one!  In the mind of Washington elites, most of whom are wealthy, middle America is merely a cow to be milked. (They do not buy elections nor form a coordinated voting block.)

At the time of this writing, President Obama is traveling across the country making a big show of speaking up for the “middle class.”  But Beware!  Obama is a political disciple and former instructor of Communist Saul Alinsky, who advocated first deceiving, and then eliminating the “middle class.”  (For a profile of Barrack Obama, go to the “Obama” page on this website.)  So, if “the people will be right at last” middle America, that great majority of Americans, must stop merely “feeling” and begin to “act right.”   The Supreme Court in Engle v. Vitale confessed that 64% of Americans are church members.  And in addition a great multitude more are Bible believers, even though they have not joined a church. So why is the War on Christianity allowed to continue?  Answer: Because  “the people, not always seeing and frequently misled,” have taken too much time “feeling,” and have taken no effective action against the fools that rule.  (Actually, we keep electing them.  They are hard to remove because of partisan politics, the buying of elections, and the self-endowed advantages of incumbency.)

The People, of course, can save the country only through their elected representatives in Congress.  The Congressional elections of the next few years will determine whether “- this nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.”

So, what to do?  First, stop pressuring politicians for selfish “entitlements.” (They used to be called “welfare,” but social and political correctness changed the word to “entitlements.”) Part of the welfare system has created an industry, composed of irresponsible men and women who deliberately bear children out of wedlock.  These unwed women, their children, and the unidentified sires have been living off the public dole for generations.  All efforts to stop this incredible scam have been

blocked by government policy.  These irresponsible men (?) could be identified by DNA testing and required to support their offspring, by the chain gang if necessary.

(See Candidate Profile form below).  Remove the entrenched, self-serving politicians from Congress.  Most of them have already disqualified themselves for the work of restoration that must be done.  Replace them with people who are not interested in non-stop campaigning and a lifelong career in politics.  The right candidates will be committed to reversing the evil done by the federal judiciary and restoring Constitutional order to the three branches of federal government.  See that they do so, then stay informed and require your representatives to move onward to economic reforms that will place the country back on sound economic and financial bases; then continue on to add much needed amendments to the Constitution. 

Beware of lawyers and professional politicians that promise to get you everything you want from the government! These characters, along with the federal courts, are the people that got us into this present mess. 

No. 4. Put a new Congress back in charge of the federal government.

“In the first place, there is not a syllable in the plan under consideration which directly empowers the national courts to construe the laws according to the spirit of the Constitution.” Alexander Hamilton, “Ratifier of the Constitution” in Federalist paper No. 81 Judges are lawyers, Mr. Hamilton, capable of finding syllables where there are none.“In republican government, the legislative authority necessarily predominates.” James Madison, “Chief architect of the Constitution” in Federalist Paper No. 51

The new Congress has the duty and the Constitutional authority to take primary control of the federal government out of the hands of the President and the Supreme Court and they must do so, if America is to survive.  (Congress are the

only national representatives of We the People, and the People are the real government of these United States.)  Therefore, Congress must be committed to override Presidential vetoes and impeach federal judges who oppose this move.  They have the duty and the Constitutional authority to do so.

Why must this be done?  See the “Judges” page on this website.  This could be done quickly and easily by an Act of Congress – no  Constitutional Amendment necessary.  Roughly, the Act might read as follows:

ARTICLE I: This Act shall be entitled “The Separation of Powers Act.”

Article II:  Congress shall be the final arbiters of all Constitutional questions outside of Article III of the Constitution.

ARTICLE III:  Nothing in this Act shall be construed to deny any citizen of the United States the right to petition Congress for redress of grievance against any federal order - executive, administrative, or judicial.

ARTICLE IV: Applicability: Except as provided in Article III of this Act, this Act shall apply only to certain Amendments to the Constitution of the United States: namely Articles I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XIV, commonly known as “The Bill of Rights” or “The Civil Rights Amendments.”  Article V. The Congress: Whereas the Constitution of the United States is Statutory Law enacted by the People of the United States of America, through their representatives in Congress assembled; and whereas federal legislative power is vested in the Congress of the United States alone; therefore, Congress alone shall have the power to enact the supreme Law of the Land pursuant to the Constitution of the United States.

Article VI.  The Federal Courts:  All inferior federal court decisions regarding applicable Constitutional questions, along with all records of the case, shall be submitted to the Supreme Court for review, without further hearing.  Should the Supreme Court by majority opinion, hold the conditions provoking the case to be in violation of the Constitution, the Court shall present its reasoning to the Congress, along with all records of the case.  The Judiciary Committee of both Houses of Congress shall review the case and present their findings to the full body of Congress.  The full body of Congress shall thoroughly review the conditions provoking the case as to its Constitutionality, and act accordingly.  The votes of both houses of Congress shall be counted and combined.  The majority of the

combined votes of both houses of Congress shall rule.

Should Congress by the combined majority vote declare the conditions provoking the case to be not in violation of the Constitution, the case shall be declared closed.  Should the Congress by the combined majority vote declare the conditions provoking the case to be in violation of the Constitution, Congress shall legislate accordingly and submit the new Act of Congress to the President for signature and enforcement. 

Article VII. The Executive and The Federal Judiciary: The President shall never exercise the legislative or judicial powers or either of them.  The federal judiciary shall never exercise the legislative and executive powers, or either of them.  Therefore (1) Congress shall review all applicable Presidential proclamations and federal judicial orders issued prior to this Act and by Act of Congress shall either nullify same or enact same into law and submit same to the President for signature and enforcement; and (2) all applicable Presidential proclamations and federal judicial orders issued after the enactment of this law, shall be submitted to Congress for review, nullification, or enactment into law and submitted by Congress to the President for signature and enforcement.

Article VIII.  The President:  All enforcement power of federal law shall be vested in the President of the United States.  No judicial opinion or Presidential proclamation shall be enforceable until reviewed and enacted into law by Act of Congress of the United States and signed by the President of the United States, or by Congressional overriding of a Presidential veto.  The President is Constitutionally enjoined to  “take care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”

Article IX: Nothing in this Act shall be construed to alter the Constitutional power of judicial review and opinion; the veto power of the President; the impeachment power of the Congress; or the Constitutional procedure for Constitutional Amendment. 

No. 5. Kill political party control of Congress, requiring Congress to act as one Independent Body.

 Listen!  “It is a fact too notorious to be concealed, that Congress is rent by party, that much business of a trifling nature and personal concernments withdraws their attention from matters of great national interest at this critical period...Party disputes and personal quarrels are the great business of the day whilst the momentous concerns of an empire, a great accumulated debt, ruined finances,

depreciated money . .  are but secondary considerations and postponed from day to day, from week to week as if our affairs wore a most promising aspect.

The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge natural to party dissention, which in different ages and countries has perpetuated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism.

Without looking forward to an extremity of this kind (which nevertheless ought not to be entirely out of sight) the common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of Party are sufficient to make it the interest and the duty of wise People to discourage and restrain it.”  George Washington, “The Father of our Country.”

Repeal all present rules of Congress regarding Political Party membership, remove all Political Party operatives from Congressional deliberations, and require all members of Congress to govern as Independent representatives of the People. This will require an Act of Congress, (not likely the present Congress) then proceed with a Constitutional amendment restoring the rules regarding national representatives contained in the Articles ofConfederation.

"For the most convenient management of the general interests of the United States, delegates (Senators and Representatives) shall be annually appointed in such manner as the legislatures of each State shall direct...with a power reserved to each State to recall its delegates (Senators and Representatives), or any of them, at any time within the year, and to send others in their stead for the remainder of the year.

Each State shall maintain its own delegates (Senators and Representatives) in a meeting of the States, and while they act as members of the Committee of the States (Congress)."  Article V, The Articles of Confederation.

Great ideas that should have been carried forward from the Articles of Confederation into the Constitution - let the State legislatures appoint their State's U.S. Senators and Representatives, pay them from the State treasury, and recall them whenever the State legislature decides that they are not properly representing the people of the State in the best interest of the Union. 

Think what a happy day  that would be - no more non-stop campaigning for U.S. Senator or Representative - no more wasting time and money on these elections (nor buying them) - no more campaign "war chests" - no more members of Congress deciding their own pay and  perks  - no more advantages of incumbency .  If we have elected State legislators that we trust, can we not trust

them to appoint our representatives to Congress?

Can we expect the present entrenched members of Congress to do this?  Not on your sweet War Chest, honey!  It would take a brand new Congress with real, worthwhile reform in mind, thinking beyond their own interests during their own lifetime.

No. 6. Force the federal government to live within our means.“If our outgo exceeds our income, our upkeep will be our downfall.”  Every head of household understands this old axiom very well.  The fools that rule do not.

 On November 16, 2011, the national debt moved past the 15 trillion dollar mark ($15,000,000,000,000). (How did it do that when we are not borrowing money at the moment?  Are we not even paying the interest on the debt? Are the feds still funneling borrowed money to the banking industry?) Congress wants to reduce the national debt by 1.5 trillion over the next ten years.  But they say their “colleagues across the aisle” can’t agree on how to do it. (Party control of Congress).  Meanwhile President Obama travels about the country at taxpayers’ expense, ranting against Congress for not borrowing another $500,000,000,000 to “create jobs.” And, of course, campaigning for re-election as he goes. So let’s do the math.  $15,000,000,000,000 divided by $1.5,000,000,000,000 = 10, multiplied by 10 years = 100 years required to pay off the national debt at the rate proposed by Congress.  Fact: Extravagant government policy (and the demands of misguided people) has laid the cost of living beyond our means upon the backs of our children for the next three generations!   So what shall we do?   Let’s ask George.

One method of preserving it is to use it as sparingly as possible; (living within our means) avoiding occasions of expense by cultivating peace, (instead of trying to police the world) but remembering also that timely disbursements to prepare for danger (preparing for military defense) frequently prevent much greater disbursements to repel it (war); avoiding likewise the accumulation of debt, not only by shunning occasions of expense, (all those “entitlements,” etc.) but by vigorous exertions in time of Peace to discharge the Debts which unavoidable wars may have occasioned, not ungenerously throwing posterity (already the next three generations) the burthen (burden) which ourselves ought to bear. The execution of these maxims belongs to your Representatives, (as soon as we get some) but it is

necessary that public opinion should cooperate. (yes, that too.) It is believed that the result is such as to encourage Congress to consummate this work without delay. Nothing can more promote the permanent welfare of the nation, and nothing would be more grateful to our constituents (hopefully).Indeed whatsoever is unfinished of our system of public credit, cannot be benefited by procrastination; and, as far as may be practicable, we ought to place that credit on grounds which cannot be disturbed, and to prevent that progressive accumulation of debt, which must ultimately endanger all governments. George Washington, “The Father of our Country.”

O, that the fools that rule had heeded that sage advice before we sank so deep in debt.  But now that we are stuck with it, how can we “place that credit on grounds which cannot be disturbed, and…prevent that progressive accumulation of debt” in the future?

Clearly, and first of all, We the People must condition ourselves to do what must be done.  Don’t expect the other fellow to give up some of his “entitlements” while clinging ferociously to your own.  Next we must replace the present Congress with wise people of a totally different mindset to the present Congress - people who are committed to doing what must be done for the country as a whole, not for themselves, not only for  “the folks back home.” 

Re-distribution of Wealth

We hear much argument over the “re-distribution of wealth.”  This is generally understood to mean taking away from the “haves” and giving to the “have nots.”  Government policy already re-distributes wealth by favoring certain industries - among them education, health care, the law business, foreign policy (foreign aid and policing the world), and others.  In addition to this form of re-distribution, our many “entitlements” often take from the workers and give to the drones.  Our whole system of “promoting the general Welfare” is in crying need of serious review and revision.

Present government policy contributes to making some exceedingly wealthy, while taking from others the means of making a living, milking middle America, and creating a permanent class of dependents.  All the while our “outgo” keeps exceeding our “income.”

This Congress has only two methods by which to pay down our national debt to a reasonable level, to restore the soundness of the dollar, and begin to live within our means – (1) reduce cost, or (2) increase income, or some combination of the two.  

Reduce Cost: Get rid of federal programs that are unnecessary, unprofitable, and unaffordable.Start with the U. S. Department of Education. President Jimmy Carter (and Congress) created this department to gain the votes of the American Education Association.  Shut it down and revoke the national charter of the AEA. 

This department is not only unaffordable; it is downright damaging to education and liberty.  Before federal tyrants expelled God from school, our academic achievement level was Number 1 compared to other nations of the world.  Since Congress allowed President Carter to foolishly make Uncle Sam America’s schoolmaster, our academic achievement level has dropped to Number 17 (math) and Number 25 (science).  Probably we are still Number 1 in Darwinism, racism (both the historical and the reverse kind), and sociological nonsense.  For Heaven’s sake, when something is not working, don’t band aid it, kill it and get back to what works!

The dumbing down of America, and squelching of our most basic liberty is the direct result of the federal government’s War on Christianity and force-feeding our schoolchildren Darwinism, sociological nonsense, and political correctness.

So what is the answer?  Shut down the U.S. Department of Education and stop all federal aid to (and control of) education.  This federal program serves no purpose but to feed the education industry at taxpayers’ expense.  This move will not damage education; it will benefit it by simplifying the education process and leaving it to state and local control, where it belongs.

Simplify the process?  Yes!  Teach them the basics and how to read, and then send them to the library.  (Actually all knowledge is now available at our fingertips on the Internet.)  Furthermore it is unreasonable to try pushing all students into college. The majority of students will end up in manual employment, mostly by choice, and no college degree is needed to flip hamburgers, drive a truck, or operate a backhoe, (or most of the other things we do, for that matter.)  Enough people who are ambitious for higher education will find a way to get it.

End all federal aid to education?  Yes! We will find primary education to be better and much less expensive when we get the federal nose out of it.  Including universities?  Yes! Federal aid to universities is largely supporting tenured radical professors, many of whom are downright enemies of our free, self-governing republic. (Read the “Obama” page on this website.)

Including research?  Yes! Edison didn’t need federal aid to invent the light bulb.  Neither will inquiring minds cease to exist when federal aid is cut off.  And do we really need to know whether life-supporting conditions could possibly exist on a supposedly earth-like planet 600 light years away? (It would take us a million years to get there).

State and local control?  Yes!  That’s where it was before the federal government’s War on Christianity, when American education was Number 1.

Home schooling and private education has proven superior to public education.  It should be encouraged.  Requiring parents of these children to pay taxes for public education that they are not using is unjust, intolerable, and should be ended.

Education, both public and private, in addition to the basic “3-R’s –reading, ‘riting, and ‘rithmetic” – should teach the work ethic, frugal personal money management, frugal and healthful lifestyle, do-it-yourself skills, medical self-help, and other practical basic life skills. For American history to be taught honestly it must be taught in light of the founders’ religion and their concept of liberty and civil government.  Just let the truth speak for itself – no religious proselyting necessary.

Common civility, respect for others, and moral conduct must be required of school children, but formal teaching of religious doctrine is best left to the parents and their particular religious institutions. This includes the doctrines of religious Humanism, Islam, and all other religions.   Darwinism, political correctness, racism (of either the historical or the reverse kind) and sociological nonsense must be scrubbed from all subjects – a waste of time and money, and worse. These topics are just as offensive to some as forcing them to be attentive to someone else’s religion.  Those who wish to imbibe this stuff can find it in the library or on the Internet, when they are mature enough to handle it objectively.

Squelching students’ First Amendment right to freedom of religion at school is tyranny, unconstitutional, and must be put to an end.  School staff and facilities are quite capable of making provision for religious exercise at school, or abstinence therefrom, without interfering with the process of secular education or being a

justifiable offense to anyone.

Other U. S. Departments.

Two 2012 Republican presidential candidates propose to eliminate other U.S. Departments. Rick Perry proposes to eliminate three departments.  Ron Paul proposes to eliminate five.  These proposals are beyond the scope of this study, but there is merit to them.  All U. S. Departments should be put under microscopic scrutiny for downsizing, re-organizing, or elimination.

Foreign wars

January 8, 2012, Fort Worth Star Telegram:  U.S. will keep paying for Iraq war for years. “The conflict has already cost more than any war except World War II.”  When all is said and done about this war, will we have accomplished anything but extend the Shiite Islamic empire of that madman in Iran, sunk ourselves further in debt to China, and create more hatred abroad for America?  We can never impose American style democracy under Islam.  Neither can we afford to militarily police the world.  We must, however, be prepared to defend ourselves against terrorism and any threat to our national security.

Foreign Aid

There are ways for Americans to give direct aid to the needy of the world.   But should we be borrowing money that we don’t have from China and giving it to Pakistan, (or any other national government for that matter)?  Is much of our foreign aid no more than shakedown money going to foreign despots so that we may go into their country and rip off their people?

December 17, 2011, Fort Worth Star Telegram: “Five guilty in Medicare Scheme”  “Patients took $100 per month to pretend they were in need of home health services.”  In this case fraudulent home healthcare companies hired recruiters to recruit Medicare and Medicaid patients willing to pretend they were in need of home health service so as to increase the companies’ business.

December 2011, Fort Worth Star Telegram:  “Florida cracks down of “pill mills.”  “Pill mills” refers to fraudulent clinics, commonly known as “Pain Management Clinics” that overdose patients with prescription drugs and charge Medicare or Medicaid for each visit and each prescription.  These criminals are not only swindling the taxpayers; many of their patients are actually dying from these overdoses.  Known to this writer is a deceased patient who had been overdosed by one of these “pill mills” with 23 prescription drugs at the same time.  The “pill mill” scam originated soon after our generous (?) federal government added prescription drugs to our “entitlements.”

These medical scam artists are not low-class criminals.  They are respected members of the medical profession, trusted to faithfully attend the health of the people.      December 28, 2011, Fort Worth Star Telegram: “Metal hip failures may cost billions”   (Meaning it will cost taxpayers billions, since the lion’s share of these joint replacements were paid by Medicare or Medicaid, as will the replacements of the replacements.)

December 30, 2011, Fort Worth Star Telegram:  More youths are testing positive for HIV in Texas.”   “This trend will lead to greater burdens for the healthcare system.”  (Perhaps due to the Gay/Lesbian voting block, effective handling of the HIV/Aids problem in this country has been a sacred cow to our policymakers.  “Practice safe sex,” is about the best they have been able to come up with, and of course requiring taxpayers to pay the cost of those who don’t.)

Our federal government is too big, too distant, and too ignorant to efficiently manage our healthcare system).burdensome rules;  (Go to the emergency room in any hospital and you are likely to see a government-required sign advising all comers that they cannot be denied medical treatment.  So, many come for free doctor’s care, having no greater ailment than a snotty nose, a common bellyache, or some other minor ailment – ailments that could be treated at home with a minimum knowledge of medical self help.  Medical personnel are required to follow up with non-paying patients for a report on how well they were treated in the ER – something not required for paying patients.  And God help the medical personnel who have not conducted themselves as government nannies, treating these freeloading patients as the precious children of Uncle Sam.

If everyone who receives medical treatment were required to pay something, perhaps this would put an end to some of this irresponsible freeloading. and fraud.  See examples above and multiply these few instances by the multiplied thousands of examples across the country that could be cited. Just let the government come up with a “freebie” federal program and thieves of a higher (or should we say lower) class come out of the woodwork to swindle the taxpayers.  Repeat - Our federal government is too big, too distant, and too ignorant to efficiently manage our healthcare system).

Social Security

January 7, 2012. Fort Worth Star-Telegram: “Santorum seeks cuts to Social Security now, not later”.  We must admit it took guts for Republican presidential candidate, Rick Santorum, to make such a statement, which could very easily cause him to lose the election.  On the other hand, seniors, for the most part, are more sensible about facing realities than the spoiled generations that follow. (Although the kids are beginning to realize that their retirement years may be rather bleak, since the Social Security fund is predicted to dry up in just 25 more years.)

“Santorum has said changes should include a higher eligibility to qualify for Social Security benefits and tighter restrictions on benefits for upper income people.”  He also recommends extending the retirement age to 67.

Extending the retirement age beyond 65 has its downside, because unemployed young people need those jobs that seniors would be hanging on to.  Santorum is right in his other two points – cut Social Security now and limit benefits for the wealthy.  Others who understand that benefits must be reduced want to phase in the cuts over the next ten years.  Same old saw, the same mindset that has put the next three generations under the load of our national debt - postpone, postpone, postpone.  Maybe someone will pull a rabbit out of the hat, and we won’t have to do anything at all.  A means test would prevent reducing Social Security benefits below the subsistence level for anyone.

Limit benefits for the wealthy?  Yes!  Social Security as an actuarially sound insurance program has long since been abandoned.  It is nothing more or less than a tax to help support the elderly in retirement.  A means test should be applied to everyone applying for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, or any other “entitlement”.  (And be ready to ferret out the greedy who will hide their wealth just to take from their tax-paying children what, to the wealthy, is just a pittance, but in national total an unbearable burden).

Now a word to the old folks, (of which I am one).  Most of us have tightened our belts many times before, and we know how to do it.  Shall we do it again, or shall we borrow more money from China so we can live above our means, and leave our debts behind for our children to pay?  Really now?  Should we demand that our children be taxed to buy us a Hoveround when a wheelchair will suffice?

If we all cut back a little, no one will be hurt very much.  Should there also be a cut in pay for all government functionaries who are making and administering these unaffordable policies?  Such a move would prove their sincerity about “leadership” so prominent in their self-promoting political blather at present.

The multitude of areas of government grants, waste, and mismanagement is too great to be dealt with in this short article.  Reform in these areas must be ongoing, if we are to pay our national debt, put our national finances in order, and restore the soundness of the dollar.  So, moving on now to increasing federal government income.

At the time of this writing Congress is deadlocked in partisan squabbling over how to decrease the national debt. “It is a fact too notorious to be concealed, that Congress is rent by party, (Democrats v. Republicans) that much business of a trifling nature (like declaring pizza a vegetable) and personal concernments (porkbarrel, perks, and politics) their attention from matters of great national interest (like the Court’s War on Christianity) at this critical period...Party disputes and personal quarrels (Party control of Congress) are the great business of the day whilst the momentous concerns of an empire, (too expansive and too intrusive to be  micro-managed from Washington) a great accumulated debt, ($15trillion) ruined finances, (by the Federal Reserve System) depreciated money (devalued again by Congress’ recent bailout of the banking industry) . . . are but secondary considerations and postponed from day to day, from week to week as if our affairs wore a most promising aspect.  George Washington, “The Father of our Country” Clearly Congress hasn’t changed much in 235 years.

The Democrats are continually trying to get at the rich man’s money to finance their Socialist programs.  The Republicans are continually trying to guard the rich man’s money, contending that they “create jobs.”  It is true that the rich create jobs.  On the other hand this writer observed the other side of this coin during several years employment in corporate America.  To increase profits, corporate America’s first choice is to eliminate as many jobs as possible. And the corporate elite are rather cold blooded about it.

So, let’s see if we can add some common sense and equity to this equation.  In the first place, taxes must be levied where the money is.  The poor ain’t got it, and the middle America cow has been practically milked dry by overburdensome taxes and the continual devaluation of the dollar.  Where, then, is the big money?  It is with the people in the industries favored by government policy – the medical industry, the law business, the banking industry, corporate America, and others that could be named.

The medical industry gains much of its wealth from the taxpayers through Medicare and Medicaid, and possibly from the socialized medicine program yet to be enforced.  Is it not right, then, for those who grow rich from the taxpayers’ money to return an extra portion to the government that has favored them?

The law business gains much of its wealth protecting its lawless clientele (recycled thugs are big business for criminal lawyers), lobbying government for favors for wealthy clientele, occupying our policy making offices, conducting the War on Christianity, and Lord knows what other mischief.  The entire criminal law

business- judge and jury, prosecution and defense, incarceration and release, and repeat all the above over and over again for the same recycled thugs – all paid for by your tax dollars, transferred from your pockets to wealthy lawyers.  Should wealthy criminal lawyers be required to return an extra portion of the tax dollars that made them wealthy?  Should wealthy lawyer/lobbyists be required to return an extra portion of their ill-gotten gains to support the policies they cause to be created?

“Revolving door” politicians leave office and add to their wealth gained by “personal concernments” while in office.  This they do by using their special access to, and influence with, office holders to gain favors for their rich clientele, growing rich themselves in the process.  Should these fat cat politicians be required to return an extra portion of their ill-gotten gains to support the unaffordable policies they help to create?

Exported jobs 1:  Should we impose an “Outsource Tax” on those companies that grow rich “outsourcing” services overseas, while leaving the taxpayers to pay for the unemployment hardships at home?

Exported jobs 2:  Should we impose a “Made in China Tax” on those companies that grow rich selling “Made in China,” while leaving the taxpayers to pay for the unemployment hardships at home?

Exported jobs 3:  Should we impose an “Exported Production Tax” on those companies that grow rich moving their production facilities out of the country, while leaving the taxpayers to pay for the unemployment hardships at home?

Exported jobs 4:  Etc.

Imported Workers:  Should we impose an “Imported Workers Tax ” on those employers who employ undocumented immigrants as self-employed?  (These people, both employers and employees, are presently dodging the Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and Unemployment taxes paid by other employers and employees).

The banking industry:  September 3, 2010, PBS Need to Know: “We all know about TARP, the Troubled Asset Relief Program, which spent $700 billion in taxpayers’ money to bail out banks after the financial crisis. That money was scrutinized by Congress and the media.   But it turns out that that $700 billion is just a small part of a much larger pool of

Should these rich international bankers be required to pay back megabucks from their personal wealth to the taxpayers?  Should all the politicians who voted for the bailout be replaced with people who are qualified to manage our federal government?  Ditto President Obama who, as Senator Obama, voted for the bailout?

You surely noticed the sudden increase in your cost of living following the bailout.  This was not because the merchants decided to raise prices.  It was because the bailout further devalued your dollar.  It now takes as much as a dollar and a quarter to buy the same item that cost a dollar before the bailout.  Has there been any compensating increase in your income?  Not really.  You are expected to cut back, while those responsible for our economic meltdown grow richer at your expense.  Read on. January 22, 2012, Fort Worth Star-Telegram:  Banks pile up profits, restrict bonuses. “JPMorgan Chase, the nations largest bank, posted a record profit for 2011. That didn’t translate into a bigger bonus for CEO Jamie Dimon…Across the ranks, Wall Street banks are curbing bonus pay.  Dimon received restricted stock worth $12.6 million and stock appreciation rights valued at $5 million for 2011…That compares with $17.1 million for 2010.”  (Poor sweet baby.)  We are not talking salary here.  This is bonus on top of salary! 

And where do you suppose these banks and bankers got all that money?  Answer:  From you.  It works this way:  Your federal  government sucks the money out of your pockets through taxation, gives control of it to the Federal Reserve System ( i.e. Wall Street bankers) to funnel it back to themselves.  And your honorable Senators and Representatives are doing nothing about it.  Why?  Because these same bankers, along with other super rich corporations and individuals, buy our elections and our elected officials.

Their ability to buy our elections has recently balooned by order of your Supreme Court. By their definition, a corporation is a person, money is speech, and campaign “Superpacs” are now the “law of the land.”

Is there in reality a banker’s conspiracy to control our government?  The President who helped Wall Street bankers create the Federal Reserve System and the Internal Revenue System confessed that there is!  Are our Presidents and Congress also terrorized and paralyzed by this conspiracy?

Is the Federal Reserve System the cause of our financial ruin?  

Are our representatives afraid to “speak above their breath in condemnation of it.” Do “feds” and friends finance our political campaigns and buy off our incumbent officials?

It seems that the Rockefeller-J.P. Morgan group had financed Pesident Wilson’s campaign and manipulated the election in his favor, and for his return favor.

January 13, 2012, Fort Worth Star Telegram: Criticism of Romney costs Perry.  “ Investment fund executive and top GOP donor…told the Associated Press that he was leaving the Perry fold to endorse Romney, a former Massachusetts governor.  (He) said Perry’s attacks on Romney’s time at the helm of the private equity firm Bain Capital had crossed the line in a political party that values free market capitalism. ‘I’ve been fighting for this cause most of my life (he) said.’”  This sounds like the words of a laissez-faire capitalist, a rather coldblooded lot.  What is laissez-faire?

From the Wikipedia dictionary:  "The phrase laissez-faire is French and literally means 'let do', but broadly implies 'let it be', or  'leave it alone.'  In economics laissez-faire is an environment in which transactions between private parties are free from state intervention, including restrictive regulations, taxes, tariffs and enforced monopolies." 

It was laissez-faire economics directing the Federal Reserve System with the complicity of both Democrats and Republicans in all three branches of federal government that melted down our economy.  Alan Greenspan, Director of the FRS later confessed this to Congress.  To verify this go to PBS.org, perhaps our most reliable source of information, and order two videos:  BREAKING THE BANK and THE WARNING.

What laissez-faire economics does is release the Great American Greed Creed, allowing the rich to grow super rich without any regard for damages they do to workers, taxpayers, and the general public. Super rich laissez-faire capitalists occupy both the Democrat and the Republican parties where they manipulate elections.  In their business activities they pay high-dollar lawyer/lobbyists to buy off our representatives who then favor their special interests on a global scale.

They form monopolies once restrained by the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, buyout and shut down competitors, and increase unemployment.  It was this kind of business activity of which Rick Perry accused presidntial candidate Mitt  Romney, who reportedly increased his wealth to $200 million during his time with Bain Capital.  Statements made by the investment fund executive strongly suggests that those

GOP donors abandoning Perry are laissez-faire capitalists.

Communism and Laissez-faire Capitalism are extreme opposites, continually at war with one another.  Both are evil economic systems, incompatible with America, “one nation under God with liberty and justice for all.”

The Bible Economic model:  Our economic history evidences the fact  that before our federal government abandoned the Bible standard and adopted the Humanist standard, our economic system was based on the Bible model, or as John Quincy Adams stated it “the principles of Christianity.” 

The Bible economic model is short and simple: A free enterprise system with government as referee to see that the general welfare of the people is not violated.  It includes the right to private ownership of land, personal property, and the means of production; the work ethic; fair wages for workers; and personal responsibility for one’s economic welfare – all with “liberty and justice for all”.  It supports our personal liberties with restraints on licentiousness and greed.

The Bible economic model is the basis of our prosperity. It affords upward mobility for those who work - but not while trampling down others. Laissez-faire capitalism has raped the country of our wealth, put us $15trillion in national debt, deprived 10% of us of the means of making a living, and created a permanent dependent class laid upon the backs of taxpayers.

With laissez-faire capitalists dominating both the Democrat and the Republican parties, neither can ever be the party of the people. Communism and Socialism have proven themselves to be even worse.  Let’s get back to our economic roots, requiring our government to referee our free enterprise system “with liberty and justice for all” – not for laissez-faire capitalists and their political pawns.

Simplify the Income Tax Code

If there should ever be a book burning in this country, the Internal Revenue Code should be the first in the fire! 

The complete IRS Code comes in two parts, 3,387 pages written by Congress and 13,387 pages written by the IRS for a total of 16,774 pages and about 3.4 million words.  It is a patchwork, tacked onto since 1913.  It had grown in length by 18.9 % between 1995 and 2005, and it continues to grow year by year.  It is an incomprehensible mass of deductions and exemptions, credits and charitable

contributions, gains and losses, taxable and non-taxable, a rate for this and a rate for that, loopholes and lollipops – well you get the idea.  It is so complicated that no one understands it completely, not even IRS employees.  Just burn the thing, and start over!

To be realistic, the tax code cannot be scrapped and re-written in one fell swoop.  That would cause financial chaos.  It will be difficult to persuade the Congress to ever scrap the existing code; because promises to manipulate the code to favor special interests can get campaign contributions.  Also the complexity of the code employs hundreds of thousands of people, who would be required to find other employment.  Yet the relief that a complete new code affords for the people in general begs that this be done, and the sooner the better. It is not proposed in this short article to offer a draft of a suggested new code – a mind-boggling undertaking, beyond the ability of this writer.  This article is meant only to deal with increasing federal revenue to pay off the national debt and simplifying the reporting and paying of federal income tax.  But we could and should start cutting it down to manageable size now.  Consider the following:

A single, one-size-fits-all cost of living exemption would be a good start to simplify the code.  The exemption would be based on a sum for head of household, a sum for spouse, and a sum for each dependent child or other allowable dependent.  A family with an exceptionally burdensome expense, such as a family member requiring extraordinary medical care, might appeal for a rebate based on a means test.

Eliminate all 501c3's along with a law forbidding the taxation of churches.  (The 501c3 for churches implies the right of government to tax the Church, a violation of the principle of "separation of Church and State.")

At the same time cancel all grants and charitable deductions. Any worthwhile non-profit organization will surely merit private contributions without these charitable deductions. Likewise, any church, worth its salt and light, can survive quite well without federal funds for “faith based” institutions, taxation, or control - its members having been granted a realistic cost of living exemption (separation of Church and State in its true meaning}.  Wasn’t the Church alive and well before 1913? (When the Federal Income Tax law was enacted.)

Some prideful candidates may balk at submitting this information to the people.  If so, the people should balk at elevating them to public service.

While this profile is independent of political parties, presently our official election process, for all practical purposes, is monopolized by the two-party system – the Democratic and the Republican Parties.  With this system in control, a candidate is pretty well forced to be a member of one or the other of these two parties.  (Even George Washington had to settle for less than he wanted.)
