Listing the report-requests, which you or somebody in your department made, allows you to use all of the functions from this page. Also, the system administrator can control the functions on yoursecurity policy.

When making new report-request, it can be error-checked and executed.

You can edit the report-request which were made and saved. Also, you can let it error-checked and executed.

４． Viewing the report-request

Programming of the report-requests, which not only somebody of your department made but also the authors allow opening, can be viewed on display. In addition, you can copy it and paste it.

Security policy provides that the report-requests are allowed anybody to see or not. In addition, system administrator can make special space which anybody can see.

You can save the report-request that you made. Before saving, it should be chosen to allow the other users to see or not and bat-executed or not. At last, you can name it.

You can delete the report-requests that you made. Security of the system allows the system administrator delete all of the report-requests.

You can make the report-request executed with amper variables that you set before executing. Also, the executed report-request on the type of scheduling can be delivered by e-mail.

Listing the master files allows you to see all of the names of the master files. If the number of master files allowed to see differ from each department, you can list and see the master files of the department that you belong. Also, the display pattern can depend on users.

You can see the detail of every master file on the viewing the master files. The viewed items are field name, alias, title, usage format, actual format and defined column.

You can name master files as title name on the list.

The executions of the scheduled report-requests enable comfortable and automatic reporting.

CGI timeout error never happens since the scheduled report-requests are executed without Web-Browser.

No matter what format type is programmed on the report-request, the format type of the output report can be chosen.

Once you make cycle schedule (daily, weekly or monthly), the scheduled report-requests will be executed until you delete the cycle schedule.

On the display of the scheduling list, you can suspend or delete the executing job.

The system setting function enables to set the number of the execution, system service time and time limit of the executing.

Output report can be delivered by e-mail.

Once you make cycle schedule (daily, weekly or monthly) of the report-request, it will be automatically executed on schedule.

Pro-Excel enables Reporting from the data of EXCEL or CSV files.

By uploading EXCEL files or CSV Files to the servers, you can make the report-sets with those files.

After the uploaded files converted, the master files of those files are automatically made. In case of FOCUS files, you can set INDEX keys that are needed when you want the data of the focus file with the other data.
