SUNSET RESTAURANT

• Reservation for the exclusive use of the Sunset Restaurant is €600 for a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 60 people. In order to reserve the venue for your wedding reception, you must book a wedding menu for all the guests.

• The Sunset Lounge Bar will stay open for all Sensatori guests, it will not be for the exclusive use of the wedding guests.

• Dinner available from 18.30 h or 19.00 h, once a week.

• DJ and musicians would interfere with the Sensatori shows, therefore there will be no exclusive music or DJ on the Sunset Terrace for the wedding.

• The estimated duration of the dinner service is 2 hours (until 21.00 h).

• Please confirm the chosen menu one month before the wedding and the final number of guests at least 15 days before the wedding.

T BEACH RESTAURANT

• Reservation for the exclusive use of the T Beach restaurant is €1500 for a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 60 people. In order to reserve the venue for your wedding reception, you must book a wedding menu for all the guests.

• Dinner available from 18.30 or 19.00 h once a week.

• The estimated duration of the dinner service is 2 hours (until 21.00 h)

• Please confirm the chosen menu one month before the wedding and the final number of guests at least 15 days before the wedding.

LA PERGOLA at the main Buffet Restaurant€15 per adult or child staying at the resort.

• All guests will enjoy the Resort Buffet.

• The service will be in a separate outdoor area of the restaurant, called La Pergola.In the event of rain it will be held indoors in an area of the main restaurant.

• Table decoration: round tables for 8 to 10 people with white tablecloths, glass vase centre piece with floating candles, flower petals.

• Dinner available from 18.30 h until 20.30 h 5 days a week.

À la carte restaurants cannot be reserved for wedding dinners.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Maximum of 6 ceremonies per week from Monday to Saturday.

• 1 reception per week at the Sunset Restaurant and 1 reception per week at the T Beach Restaurant.

• Cancellation fees. 14 days prior to the wedding 25 % cancellation fee. 7 days prior to the wedding 50% cancellation fee.

• Guests not staying at the Sensatori Resort Ibiza who take part in the wedding will have to pay one of the following passes:

• Half day pass €80 per adult and €40 per child (2-12 years inclusive), the pass is valid from 15.30 h to 24.00h. Pass holders can use the facilities in the resort, including AIl drinks and food at the Main Buffet Restaurant and snack bars.

• Full Day pass €160 per adult and €80 per child (2-12 years inclusive), valid from 10.30 h to 24.00 h. Pass holders can use the facilities in the resort, including AI drinks and food at the Main Buffet Restaurant and snack bars.

• Wedding Pass €40 per adult and €20 per child (2-12 years), if they have a wedding menu reserved. Wedding pass holders have access to the AI drinks at the bars.

• External company Pass €25 (without consumption)hair & make-up, photographers, videographer, musicians etc.

• Entrance fee bridemaids/family/friends €25 per adult and €12.50 per child (2-12 years), (without consumption) - for external weddings
