Wedding I planned at Butternuts Beer and Ale in Garrattsville, NY
FRAZER BIRNBAUM WEDDING
The ceremony was next to the house on a grassy knoll, where a bonfire after-party was held as well. The reception was in the barn and brewery across the street.
This venue had never been used for an event before so everything was planned from top to bottom.
Skeet shooting was arranged for the gentlemen while the ladies got ready in the master bedroom of the farmhouse.
Wild-flower bouquets and boutonnieres to match the setting. A chuppah of birch and burlap with planted flowers at the base, made by the wedding party the day before.
A wildflower wreath to adorn the entrance of the barn.
The seating chart was written on barn windows, found during the “cleanout” with family wedding photos featured as well.
Food displays during cocktail hour.
THE BARN BEFORE THE CLEANOUT
AND AFTER THE CLEANOUT
Simple tables with potted herbs and heirloom glassware votive holders.
Bridesmaids painting the herb pots, which acted as décor and guest giveaways.
“The General” leading the wedding rehearsal.
The groomsmen building the chuppah.
Featured beers from the brewery.
And the little details.
And coozies with the bride and groom.
And the morning-after brunch was held at a firehouse. Support local!
Country pies for a sweet finish.
