Situated on The Velvet Strand, Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links is Dublin’s only coastal resort.
Once the original summer home of the Jameson Family, our logo “Lux, Amor, Pax” was a gift the Jameson and Haig Family received from King Edward VII to celebrate the marriage of two great whiskey dynasties.
Today we wish light, love and peace to all those who wish to celebrate their marriage with us on our property filled with true romantic history.
Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links, comprised of 131 rooms, three separate dining outlets, a championship links golf course, and a luxury spa is quite simply the ideal destination wedding venue.

Our resort is fully licenced to host indoor or outdoor civil ceremonies and civil partnerships.
The Strand Suite is our dedicated ceremony room with natural day light.This room is perfect to host a maximum of 120 guests.
The Secret Garden is also a perfect location to host your wedding ceremony. Hidden amongst high walls of original red brick and lush foliage,
the Secret Garden is a perfect space for a tranquil setting.

What We Do Best
Our resort has two beautiful banquet rooms to choose from to host your reception.
The Moyne Suite is the larger of the two, with a maximum capacity of 240 guests.
The Links Suite is perfect for smaller, more intimate receptions. With a wealth ofnatural daylight this suite can accommodate up to 90 guests.
Both suites are completely flexible to accommodate your needs.
