House File 785, by committee on Appropriations, a bill for an act

relating to rural economic development by providing tax incentives

for high-quality jobs in rural communities.

Read first time and placed on the Appropriations calendar.

ADOPTION OF HOUSE RESOLUTION 26

Hagenow of Dallas called up for consideration House Resolution 26,

a resolution recognizing Megan Gustafson for her outstanding academic

and college basketball career at the University of Iowa.

Hite of Mahaska moved the adoption of House Resolution 26.

The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.
