The first week in teaching practice was very hard. In this week I did

not understand the rules, what should I do and where can I follow

the students. I was confuse because this

school is absolutely different than other

schools. They have different events and

I'm exiting to see all the events. My MST

called Ms Kinsy. She teach grade 3. The

first week is a reading week so each

teacher should read a story for their

students. During this week Ms Kinsy read a story using a shared

reading and students was excite and like the story. In the first two

days, I started to know students name and I talked with them

because I want to have a good relationship with them. I observed

how can my MST communicate with students and deal with

misbehavior. The Teacher used a group

work and she motivated them to work by

gave them a point. As •Lev Vygotsky

(1896 - 1934) said "Social interaction is

necessary for children to acquire thinking

skills and behavior". Working as groups will improve student's skill

and I saw that. In Tuesday they had a costumes day. Everyone in

school wears different costume and walk on the stage. It was a nice

day and we had fun.

In the second week I arrived the school before 7:30. I went to see

the morning assembly then I took students to their class. I set with

them to observe the class. I like my MST strategies because it helps

students to understand the lesson. My MST used a point strategy to

reward and punish students and she sings a song to take students

attention. I learnt this strategy from my MST and I use it when I

teach them. In this week I prepared for my

lesson and I set with my MST and she told me

what should I do and which kind of activities can I

give them. In Tuesday and Wednesday I teach

students a math lesson which is about the

analogue and digital clock. I did two kinds of

activity for low and high abilities. I told them my

instruction then I asked them to sit on the carpet

and I explain how to write a time at the end I gave

them the activities. I was happy because students

understood the lesson and they answered the worksheet correctly.

Also my MST gave me a good feedback and she told me my mistake

that will help me in the second lesson. In Wednesday we leave

school early because it was rainy.

Last week was an amazing week because we will finish everything

and we will go back to our college. I was excited and work hard to

finish all my work. On Sunday and Monday I teach students a lesson

about a volcano. I took my MST feedback and I improve myself to

be a professional teacher. My MCT observed me

in those two lessons. I did my best to make

them understand the parts of a volcano and

they

understand

it. Students are a smart and polite and they lesson to my instruction

so, that help them to understand the lesson quickly. After that my

MCT gave me a useful feedback. In this week I learnt how to teach

students new words by using a word bank books and ask them to

set on the carpet and explain the word for them. On Tuesday and

Wednesday I worked on my display and I asked my MST about some

ideas to create my displays and she help me a lot. On Tuesday I

was happy because it is the last day and we leave early at 12:30. I

thank my MST because she help and advise me a lot on my

teaching practice.
