• 160growersandPCA’sweresurveyedat5meetingsin4counties(Butte,Glenn,Colusa,andSutter):• 40%respondedthattheyhadsuspectedafieldwasinfestedwithweedyrice• 49%statedthattheyhadseenitpriorto2016• 57%hadnotreportedtheinfestationtoUCCE

• Approximately25%ofinfestationslikelynotreported
