May 27 — Notification had been sent to Macau local user Gilbert and also informed him to do the Pre-UAT on June 4. June 4 — Onsite engineer will be sent to Macau office and the network will be migrated on June 4.June 4— Due to lack of a label and one hour power failure during migration network transition failed in Macau’s office.June 19—Complete the network migration and had upload the UAT on confluenceJune 27— Internet circuit stable, Atos to optimise networks if viableJuly 14—There’s something wrong with Macau’s modem, the issue had been reported to Singtel, they are fixing it.

May 27 — Notification had been sent to Germany local user Victor and also informed him to do the Pre-UAT on the June 6. MPLS can not be delivered on time, Atos has arranged to setup VPN on the internet circuit. MPLS circuit delivery is at end of August.

June 6 — Onsite engineer will be sent to Germany office and the network will be migrated.

June 23—Singtel solved the VPN issue.

June 27—Complete the network migration, MG to perform functionality testing. MPLS network circuit delivery date in early July, Atos to revert when date confirmed.

July 10—Still waiting MG’s approval to do the next MPLS migration and ATOS is asking the partner to get quotation to increase the MPLS bandwidth to 50 Mbps and the lead time.

July 11— Have scheduled with customer to do the MPLS migration at 12:00-14:00(UTC+2)[18:00-20:00(UTC+8)] July 11.

July 14—Successfully did the MPLS migration and now waiting users to do the UAT.

June 27— MPLS network, building internal wiring ready by June 27. Next step to discuss MPLS and internet network migration date with KimberlyJune 30 — Emailed Kimberly to perform User Acceptance Testing before and after the network migration on two occasions. Also notified Kimberly about this matter over the phone.July 3 —MPLS and Internet circuits Complete migration, now is waiting MG to do the UAT to check the network performance. (no pre-migration UAT was conducted)July 7 — Waiting on local user experience report.July 8— Change configuration on Las Vegas Internet.July 9— Roll back and reinstalled the Internet circuit.July 10— The existing Internet bandwidth in Las Vegas is 15M; According to our contract, there will be only 5M Internet circuit delivered to the site. In order to maintain the same service level, Atos suggest to transfer the current MG Internet contract to ATOS.

Relocation Detail

What: Physical relocation of MG IT equipment from Equinox Data Centre (EDC) to Singtel Data Centre (SDC)

Where: EDC address: Global Gateway, 168 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong;SDC address: 33 Chun Choi Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Who: This relocation requires collaborated efforts from MG, Atos, specialist removalist companies, equipment vendors support, and DC personnelWhen: The relocation will be scheduled over two weekends, which will be authorized by MG after discussions.How: The relocation will be implemented according to the implementation plan below.
