1. Please print your last name, bid number and the amount of your bid neatly in the space provided on bid sheets. Be sure the bid sheet you are

writing on matches the item you want to bid on. Be sure to memorize your bid number. Bids that are not clearly legible will not be honored.

Live Auction

1. The Auction Committee has endeavored to describe all of the auction items accurately. The Auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal

corrections and provide additional information from the block or in advance of the sale.

2. Please wave your bid number high enough to attract the attention of the auctioneer as bids will be accepted in the order they are received.

3. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids deemed inappropriate.

4. Please be prepared to bid promptly as some items may be closed more quickly than others to keep the auction on schedule.

Cash-Out Procedure

1. All purchases must be paid in full at the end of the live auction. Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and

American Express. Checks can be made out to The Upper Room.

2. Please do not cash out until you are finished bidding for the evening.

3. Items are sold ‘as is’ and without any warranties expressed or implied.
