• Practices start Dec/Jan/Feb depending…• Evaluations early February• Some scrimmages/tournaments in February• League games start – Boys: last weekend of February– Girls: first weekend of March

Player Requirements

• US Lacrosse membership – Some overpaid, will be refunded $35

• Code of Conduct• Medical release• OUSD students:– Participation Physical Evaluation– Health Statement/Insurance/Parent Consent– On Oakland Tech website under Athletics/Forms– Maintain minimum 2.0 GPA

• Goggles, mouth guard, stick, athletic shoes/cleats (soccer or lacrosse cleats)
