• Must have all shots and a current shot record in order to receive schedules on the 1st day of school
• Required shots: Tetanus booster & Meningococcal
• Parents can turn the shot record into their students nurse at the elementary campus once shots have been received or at proof of residency in August.
• We encourage you to NOT wait because some area clinics did run out last year!

• Students are not permitted to carry any medication (prescription or over-the-counter).
• All medication must be brought to the nurse by the parent and must have a medication form on file that includes the doctor’s and parent’s signature.
• Students with asthma are allowed to carry an inhaler, but the nurse must have the medication form on file from the doctor.
• If your child has any health conditions or health concerns please contact the nurse before school starts to discuss these matters.
