FA Community Clubs – Community Status
The club maintained its Community Status
Places clubs at the heart of their community.
High quality, multi-team (minimum of 10 teams) set up with excellent social, training and playing opportunities for all.
Provide opportunities for players irrespective of age, gender, religion and ability. Clubs must also provide qualified coaches, first aiders and child protection officers.
Gaining the kite-mark has already been a significant factor in assisting clubs funding applications by providing evidence of a commitment to providing a sporting facility for use by the entire community. July 2012

Development Issues
• Balancing ambitions with resources.
• Whilst improving The Triangle still has poor drainage
• Investment in new facilities for the triangle – changing rooms with power, water and toilet facilities.
• Coach and player development – best practice, technical etc….
• Diversity – Ensuring that all within our community have the opportunity to play – Breaking down barriers and creating a friendly, approachable and forward thinking club where development and competitiveness is well-balanced.
• Involving more people to help grow, develop and support the club
• Raising the finance to support the club development plan
